The add was fine. It didn't really leave me with an expectation of a loftier pillow. However, I expected a loftier pillow. This pillow is too flat and too firm. I wake up in pain, as the pillow is wholly unsuitable for side sleeping and forces me to stay on my back. I do not think the "quiz" I took to determine the "best fit" for me did an accurate job of determining the best pillow for my situation. Additionally, when I can't turn from side to side, I end up completely off of the pillow. Since using this pillow, I have begun waking up with a sore throat as the pillow tilts my head back too far when sleeping and I now snore! I have abandoned it completely and am planning to send it back before the 30 days expires. I rated you a "2" due to the comfort of the pillowcase and the speed of delivery. The pillow itself is not for anyone who has had neck fusion or has chronic back pain.

Great towels. They are light and avoid building mold.

Great product! I have age related crepey skin! After a week using the Sutera cloth I saw a huge improvement! I can easily wash my entire back! Love this product! Thank you for a great product!

I enjoy the feel of both the bath Matt and the outside bath mat that's the sandstone both are amazing in feel I have Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy so I'm not always stable on my feet it is great that I have things like this thar allows me to stand up straight and not slip and fall instead. Wish I could afford towels and sheets but what I have I like a lot

Great towel. Material is very absorbent yet gentle. My hair feels great. When I wrap the towel. I love the band in the back that holds everything together.

Thank you for replacing my stone which arrived in great shape

One of my stone mats arrived with a chip out of the corner. The box was damaged, so I know it was a shipping issue not a product issue. I called customer service, and they sent out a replacement immediately.
I also love the stone mats!

I bought 2 Sutera pillows and cases. I love mine so much! I’ve tried quite afew expensive pillows in my day and thought I liked them, I realized I didn’t have very much neck mobility and I had pain in my neck! Both have improved so much! The other thing I like as a side sleeper I have a place to put my hand so I don’t curl them up around my chin! Wrist pain gone too! My husband says I’m snoring less and I fall asleep so quickly now !! 5 stars!!

The Sutera pillow fulfilled all my expectations, needs and then some. This is a fantastic product! It has helped my neck and back during sleep so I can feel relaxed and get a great sleep. The company stands by their product and definitely made a quality pillow I can’t find elsewhere!

Products are high performance and live up to descriptions. I’ve purchased towels, face cloths, hand towels and the fab bathmat. I recommend each with out hesitation.

We ordered a shower mat and a four-pack of face cloths. The face cloths are for my wife, and she absolutely loves them. The texture and the feel of them are great by her. The shower mat is as much as we had hoped for. It's stable, the main reason we bought it, so we don't slip, as we are in our 70's. It feels great on the feet, a built in masseuse, and we are very comfortable with it. Thank you.

Pillow is fine. Pillowcases are not. They constantly have stains on them in the head & neck area. I do not use hair products that would cause stains and to my knowledge I do no sweat while sleeping. I have sent several emails & pictures of the stained pillowcases and no one responds.

I love the pillow and the pillow case, well worth the money. Both were easy to order and were received in a reasonable time frame.

Just love the absorption properties of the bath mat, makes my shower experience fantastic and comfortable.

These towels are the best ever. Dry with one touch and feeeeel so goood . I have a blanket as well and the both make me so nice and comfy.

Where has this pillow been all my life? Seriously it is very difficult to get a good sleep when you have the pillow bunched under your head. This pillow was intriguing and I took a chance - and it was great. I can sleep and wake up refreshed - my face is not all creased. The memory foam is very sturdy and I felt like a new woman.
