The Sustainability Trust installed our heat pump about 6 years ago and did an excellent job. I noticed that a component was showing signs of deterioration but checked and noticed the warranty had expired. In chatting with them I had a very friendly and helpful response whereby they said they would sort the problem and improve on it so that the issue wouldn't reoccur (at no cost despite being out of warranty). The friendly installer that they sent out was excellent - professional, with integrity and honesty - no short cuts - he did a brilliant job. I can only give our experience with the Sustainability Trust as a five star plus response - Top Marks!

They are a greenwasher.

They are not environmentally certified sustainable. Any company making environmental claims without a certification under a globally recognized standard with 3rd party verification is a greenwasher.

We have a home built in the 1990's that needed an insulation upgrade. We were fortunate enough to be eligible for the government subsidy, so we engaged Sustainability Trust to complete a retrofit of insulation for the house, with the addition of new insulation (unsubsidised) for the garage.

The team turned up on time. They were polite, courteous and went straight to work. The total job was completed in just over an hour with three men on the job.

It was hot work. The guys politely refused refreshment, cleaned up well, and headed off for their next job.

This company is easy to deal with. We congratulate Karl Wheddon and his team for doing such a great job. Happy to recommend them.
