Beautiful furniture, superb customer care
Beautiful piece of furniture (garden table), very solid and exactly as pictured and described.
Sadly, there was an issue with a connection piece when we were assembling it, so had to contact them for support/replacement of part. Their response was swift and generous: they offered to send a whole replacement table with their own installation team to make sure it went together as expected.
Couldn’t ask for more.

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry for the disappointment caused. Unfortunately, the 6ft Oxford Bench was incorrectly showing as available on our website. As soon as your order was picked up by our team on the next working day, we contacted you to explain the situation and offer alternative solutions.
We advised that the next stock arrival is expected in September if you are willing to wait, but also offered the option of switching to the available 5ft Bench with a partial refund of the price difference. You are of course welcome to cancel the order for a refund at any time.
We have not yet heard back from you regarding which option you would prefer, but we remain ready to assist as soon as we receive your instructions.
We appreciate your frustration and apologise again for the stock error and any inconvenience caused.
