Saved by the Sussex Heating Care Compny
My boiler stopped working mid week, but my usual plumber was unable to fit me into his busy schedule. Upon his recommendation I called out a heating engineer from a different company who established that the fan had gone. They, too, couldn’t deal with it until the following week, but he gave me all the details of what needed to be ordered so I tried some other local plumbers/heating companies. Either they could not fit me in before the weekend or insisted on checking the problem themselves and wouldn’t accept the diagnosis or details of what needed replacing. Luckily, I then came across The Sussex Heating Care Co. and spoke to the very efficient and friendly wife of the heating engineer, who took down the details of the fan and her husband arrived within an hour with it, fixed and serviced the boiler immediately. He was very friendly, well-organised and took great care of the rather cramped area around the boiler cupboard. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Replacement boiler
As a first-time customer for a replacement boiler, I was a little nervous about finding the right contractor. Luckily, I found The Sussex Heating Care Company. From the outset, they offered a professional service and swapped my ancient system boiler out for a combination boiler within a few days, with minimal disruption and due care to my property. Ross even accommodated my request for the flue to be repositioned, finding a good match with the exterior brickwork. Very happy with both the service and results and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent company.
We initially got in touch about an issue with our boiler not shutting off, which Ross was able to sort really quickly for us. However after an annual inspection it was found that our boiler was knackered and needed replacement. No homeowner will ever be thrilled by this news but such are the joys of being a grown up!
Kate and Ross together helped us out with a quote, booking and installation of our new boiler today, and made the process as pain free as its possible to. Ross worked magic getting it all sorted in one day meaning we didn’t have to go without heating or hot water. We now have a lovely shiny new boiler, a fancy new thermostat that has an app we can use to control it and best of all, a giant box of sweeties! Ross is a lovely friendly guy who really knows his stuff, Kate is so helpful and great at keeping you updated. Thanks both, we will definitely recommend the company to others and use again should we need to. Kate & Geoff.

Had a problem with the fact that the…
Had a problem with the fact that the underfloor electric heating was taking overlong to heat up but eating electricity. Ross explained very clearly how to control this and in the last few day following his visit his advice has been very useful. Having made the appointment Ross was punctual pleasant and very helpful.
Advice is not cheap at min.charge of £96 (with me for 30 mins.) but worth it to get the problem sorted so on that basis would certainly recommend this firm.

Boiler Service
We had a boiler service booked on17th January, as part of our annual maintenance fee. Sussex Heating contacted us to arrange the service.
The engineer (Brendan) arrived on time and carried out the service as planned.
Excellent service by Sussex Heating all round.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody
We called them in the morning as our boiler had stopped working. They were here in the afternoon and fixed the problem within an hour of being here. Our boiler has been working fine since. From start to finish, their service was simply fantastic. Regular communication via text on the day, and a follow up text the next day to make sure everything was ok. System conversion to a combi
From the time I contacted this firm I was given times and dates for when they could convert my system to a combi and they kept to these dates. Kate and Ross kept me updated leading up to and through out the work. The work area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day,

Fantastic company
Fantastic company! I would recommend them without hesitation. Really efficient in organising an appointment, communicating ahead of arriving and turning up exactly as scheduled. Boiler service completed without any fuss for a reasonable price. All staff friendly and courteous throughout the process from start to finish. Highly professional company!

Ross installed a new boiler to replace our existing 12 yr. old one . We have used his company before and , as usual , his work was expertly carried out and when finished he left the work area spotless . I can recommend him to anyone
