I ordered a heater for my Mom on 21st December. I was given an option for next day delivery. I paid for that. I am still waiting for the order despite of full advance payment. When called I was told that it may take till end of January or February.

They have not responded to any emails in writing. Write to support and info email address.

Very unprofessional and careless attitude.

I would not buy again or recommend them to anyone. Purchase at your own risk.

It seems like a scam.

I like this company and I believe they're trying hard to satisfy customers.

I ordered an infrared mirror for our small downstairs WC last year and it's been excellent. The only issue I had was that I paired it with a plug-in thermostat (also bought from Surya) and, whenever I programmed a schedule into the thermostat remote, it would crash within 24 hours. So I just lived with it on manual temperature mode and that never crashed. And eventually I upgraded the thermostat.

I very recently bought a 1200w panel for the main bathroom and suspended it from the ceiling.

I was disappointed with the quality of the ceiling suspension kit and found the instructions extremely challenging to understand. In the end I used an alternative solution.

It was also disappointing to discover, after a lengthy installation where I had to add extra ceiling support and add new wiring to power the panel, that the Nexus has a known issue where it frequently drops offline.

However, Customer Services were excellent and sent me a WiFi thermostat to pair it with. This needed a bit of extra labour and wiring but I'm pleased with the outcome, and the partial refund I received.

The panel itself is superb. At night, it's set to a low temperature just to stop the room getting extremely cold. During the day, it's set to provide comfortable heat. And it can be warmed considerably on demand when someone wants a bath. This room used to be freezing. And it should be even better when I insulte the one external wall in there.

It's a nice heat that takes a little getting used to. You won't get blasted with hot air as with conventional heating. You'll just notice that the room feels nice - neither too hot nor cold (unless you ramp up the temp and then it feels like you're sitting at a window in the sun).

I've created an Alexa routine with a Ring window sensor, so that if the bathroom window opens, the thermostat/panel turns off. And it switches back on when the window is shut. Having Alexa compatibly is a game changer.

I will emphasise again that their Customer Services team are making this a company worth returning to.

I have to be honest these are cheaply run but it does not heat up the feet properly unless you put it on ceilings

Also when it stops working you have to pay almost 80pounds to return it according to what I have been told which is poor customer support.

I could have given a high star rating but not impressed with this aspect of the customer support. Other than that it's a great alternative to have alongside the boiler when energy bills are too high and if one is happy with the level of heating

Puts out good heat quickly, easy to fit if using attached cable but it’s not long enough to reach any of my plugs. Needed an electrician to hard wire but it is useful and worth the money.

Quick delivery. Ordered a bigger infrared heater than I needed for my dog grooming salon by mistake, but it's going to keep me & my furry clients nice & warm 😊

I was shipped a used item instead of a new item, which i could tell straight away from the markings and the LCD display. After negotiating discount rather than sending the item back I realised that, in error, theyd not supplied any brackets.

It turns out that the warehouse team picked from the wrong pallet.

Customer support has been responsive, which is about the only positive thing i can say.

The product appears to be good value. Unfortunately, the carrier gave very short notice of pending delivery. A date was rearranged but mysteriously half of the delivery arrived the next day and finally the second package arrived on the date arranged.

I have installed the panel in a small shower room.. barely warms the space.
Have set temperature to 22 degrees
Panel struggling to maintain 20- 21 degrees .. disappointing...

I bought the 700W Milano mirrored heating panel in May this year when offered a 15% discount for the Jubilee weekend, it says in the description that it will heat a space between 9-15 sqm. It is now November and I am so disappointed! The mirror panel gets very hot but fails to heat my bedroom, or generate any heat at all, even though you can hardly touch the mirror as it’s so hot. I still paid over £300 with the discount. A complete waste of £300+. I honestly can’t understand the 5* reviews on the website, it doesn’t generate any heat! This mirrored heating panel was bought to keep my bedroom warm in the morning whilst I get ready for work so I wouldn’t have to put on my gas central heating. I resorted to buying a small electric fan heating from B&M for £20. Do yourself a favour if you’re thinking of buying an Infrared heating panel - DON’T BOTHER! I also tried an infrared panel from B&Q and that was useless as well, same thing. The panel gets red hot but doesn’t generate any heat!

Paid for next day delivery, DX delivery didnt deliver and didnt contact me, when I tracked it said they eneded further information from me, so I called them, they dont take calls and I needed to go onto live chat, their live chat, but their live chat is offline.
I then emailed Surya, but no-one replied.
So I called them, they said DX couldnt find my property, despite approx 30 parcels a day coming to my office, I said this is too complicated, just refund me, but they cant do that until they get it backm so I have no product, no way of getting a product, and no way of getting my money back. avoid them.

Delivery was slow, I had to chase and when it was finally dispatched we were given a really unhelpful delivery slot (8am-6pm).
Very happy with the product itself.

The mirrorstone infrared heater works quickly and accurately and can be turned on and off with the app from anywhere outside or inside the house.
The fixings are slightly odd but work well once you understand them.
The heat is easily controllable, and the design is modern. I thoroughly recommend it.

The product I got does the job. It's Mirrorstone 2000 WI-FI Touch Thermostat and IR heating panel. They have great customer service. I used their chat and called - easy to get through. Spoke with Simon who was very polite, friendly, patient and knowledgeable so could give me some guidance on installation/to pass on to electricians. This is how any company should operate.

I like the products, but the communication from customer service was poor.
As the product was delivered late and I had to keep pushing to try and find out where it was!!
Also the timed delivery slot option at an increased price, was a joke!! Just the company messages when they believe the product will be delivered, not for Customer to chose! Free with other delivery firms.
Also no apologies for the hassle the delivery caused.

arrived quickly have plugged in for a short test and heats up very well all seems good thank you.
