I did a survey and it said I would be paid within 3 business days. I'm on day five. There isn't a way to contact them to find out why I haven't. That's what I get for clicking a link on Facebook

Weird and Sketchy
Weird and Sketchy. Asked for initials, then last 4 of social, then last name, just disqualify me. Feels like a credit scam being disguised as a survey. Ill be watching my accounts closely.

Lousy Timing
I was halfway through a survey when I'm suddenly told i don't qualify! It would have been nice if they told me that before I wasted about 15 minutes answering their questions!

Unbekannt trotzdem positive Erfahrung gemacht

She what do I need to do?
I just finished a survey for Rockler. I copied the link for a chance at a gift card, then pasted it on to my browser. I got the Alchemer website describing how good they were to potential customers. There was no place to enter my e-mail address for a chance at a prize.

Broken & Faulty Automated Quality Check
Survey.Alchemer:
"For quality assurance purposes, please select the first letter of your last name."
"Unfortunately, our system could not verify that you are a real human survey respondent based on the information you provided."
"To ensure you are a real human, please enter your last name only below. We will compare it to the last name initial you provided to verify you are a real human."
I entered my last name that starts with the initial I gave them. I get disqualified from the surveys because of a broken bot system.
I don't really understand the need for it, as there's already a reCAPTCHA bot prevention already in place.

Come funziona Trustpilot
