Had fantastic service from Matt and the team. Lots of advice on the ecargo bike we purchased and what accessories were recommended. Bike was delivered precisely when we wanted and it was extremely well packaged. Top notch.

Very happy with my bike and the service I received. I called up a couple of times to ask questions before placing my order and had helpful responses both times. Email communication once I had placed my order was prompt and all very clear. The bike was delivered on a pallet which shows they care! I had an issue which I was quickly sent a replacement part for. I also managed to drop and crack the computer screen within a few days of having it! They sold me a replacement at a good price and sorted me out with a screen protector too. Thanks to Matt for his speedy email responses and great customer service.

From first contact to delivery, I can’t praise Surge bikes highly enough. The bike was a great price and was delivered when promised, fully assembled and ready to go. The packaging was worthy of note in its own right. I did have a minor problem with the app/charging but this was resolved in a call from the workshop within half an hour of contacting them. Great price, service and support. I enquired after an e-bike and Surge was the only company to ask intended usage to help me decide. Matt came back to me with several choices. He answered all my questions really quickly and fitted the accessories I asked for. Price was ~£1000 less than elsewhere (Focus Thron2 6.8). I decided to get a Orbea rise the ordering process was very easy with Matt even taking the order etc on the day they were closed
Nothing was to much trouble
On the way to the shop I decided that I want to pay a bit more for a higher spec bike
Again nothing was to much trouble they prepared the bike while I waited set up all the suspension for me and I am now a very happy owner of a rise

Very helpful. Delivery was quick, everything arrived as expected and the delivery guy helped explain a lot of the features of the bike. This is my first electric bike so it was very useful.

Very friendly staff.
I was given plenty of time to consider my purchase with no pressure buy. Everything about the bike was explained to me. I was able to test ride it and then it was checked over once I had decided to buy. The tyres were changed to tubeless at my request. Overall excellent service. Good coffee too.
Since then I have ridden it at Margam and The Afan Forests and I’m delighted with it. The battery range is excellent and I particularly like the buttons on the bars which means I can change the levels without taking my hands off the bars.

the lads kept me right in which bike was suited to my needs,then when order was places with them still kept in touch to make sure i was enjoying the bike
