I recently purchased a Hayden Shapes Shred Sled(amazing board) and the customer support was top notch. Board shipped and arrived a tad early and all parties involved are happy!
Will definitely recommend friends to GSI!

Clear descriptions, good quality, excellent service
This is the second board I purchased from GSI. In both instances the customer service was excellent, the information I received from their website was detailed and accurate and I have been very happy with both purchases.

The leash you sold me didn't work
Global Surf Industries sold me a leash (Surfica) that does not work at all. I have tried it 3 times and I have lost my surfboard each time at least twice. All the other (the surfboard and surfboardbag) are ok.

Amazing customer service
This was my first time buying a surfboard with Global Surf Industries, and my experience was amazing. I bought the board during Thanksgiving, a week before my surfing trip abroad. Tony, from the customer service was great and did everything so that I had my board on time for my trip. They were extremely responsive, understanding, and just overall super nice with me. My board got there on time, and very well packed so that there was no problem with it. Overall, one of my best customer service experience and the board seems great (have not tried it yet though). Thank you Tony and Global Surf Industries!

I can't believe how quick and efficient their delivery is and it's FREE, had a brand new board in literally two days!!

I ordered a gnaraloo fatty for my daughter for Christmas. Got it cheaper straight from the source. The board arrived within a few days after I placed the order. Can't wait to give it to her, this board comes highly recommended by all the surfers at our local beach!

Excellent buying expirience
My buying experience was flawless. I was trying to purchase a good quality surfing paddle board. I try buying a Naish Paddle Board but there website does not allow one to know their prices or order online, which is ridiculous. So I went with Global Surf Industries. I am so glad I did. Thank you for your excellent service. I order a Tom Carroll 8'4" Walden paddle board with a paddle and leash. I got everything deliver to my house in less than a week and no shipping fees. How great is that? Fantastic! I will by buying a second board in a couple of months. No doubt I am buying from Global Surf Industries. Thank you

buying my new board could not have been easier .
After a bit of research to decide on the board I was after, the 8' 7s superfish was the go for me. Surfed it today in 2-3 foot glassy ones and enjoyed the ease of paddling my 120kg onto any wave I liked the look of. Going to do it again tomorrow. Happy days!
