A company is not known by how they act when things are hunky-dory, but instead how they act when there are issues. Had an amazing experience with Keshav - highly recommended individual to chat with. Keshav is extremely knowledgeable about airline ticketing (probably more than some of the airline folks I have spoken to). He has knowledge about all the class fares about all the different airlines very well. I fly a lot, so it was very great to speak with someone who has that kind of knowledge about airline ticketing. Keshav went to extreme measures to understand exactly what I wanted in my ticket, and work with me throughout the journey, and also helped resolve some of the issues I had. I highly highly recommend Keshav to anyone who is trying to book a ticket, and I will be buying my tickets going forward from Keshav only. He can not only give you good prices - he understands the industry well enough that you can be assured that you are in great hands.

Absolutely terrible experience. Milan was unprofessional and completely unhelpful throughout the booking process. The information provided was unclear and misleading, and when I asked for clarification, the responses were either delayed or avoided. My booking ended up being more expensive than what was initially promised, and there was no accountability from their side. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful—not only with booking but also in assisting me with revoking my ticket and thoroughly handling the cancellation and refund process for my wife’s tickets. Her support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
