In late 2018, founders Janet and Carlos Cordova, and their kids went on their long planned family trip to South America. I love the products, reminds me of my origins. This year unfortunately part of our order was damaged in transit but as soon as I got in contact with Sur Direct they apologised ( not their fault) and sent a replacement on fast dispatch. Sur Direct customer service is outstanding and prompt. Thank you guys.
