The company makes it impossible to return the product. They refuse to send a return label. They have stopped responding to emails. The product arrived damaged and in a different color. Additionally, I was charged customs duty upon delivery. The customs fee was 1/3 of the product’s price. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Efter denne dårlige anmeldelse er ordren annulleret og jeg har fået mine penge retur👍

Ordered acar radio from Supplyswap. The shipping was good to denmark and it arrived in 5 days. I had some trouble with installing the car radio so I was happy to see that customer service not only reponded within a few hours but also had great knowledge about the instalation and send me some image instructions

The deeals on SupplySwap are hard to beat. I bought several items, and everythings arrived in great condition. I especially liked how easy it was to track my prder through their website.Shipping could be a bit faster, but overal;l I'm happy with the experience.
I placed a order the 25/10 at supplyswap at a price of 487 eur.
Also the listing said i would rechive it between the 26/10 and 31/10. Im writing this review since there have not been any updates on my order yet. And i havent been able to contact them the past 2 days. Even though they advertise they respond within 24 hours. I have tried there contact form, e-mail and phone and nothing. I can’t get in contact with them. I then looked up there address on google maps and there is no company there its just a normal house. I’m afraid i have been scammed. (I will update my review when i find out more)

I had an issue with one of my items arriving damaged, but SupplySwap’s customer support was excellent. They immediately processed a replacement, and the new item arrived in perfect condition. It’s nice to know they have your back if something goes wrong.

I found the website a bit tricky to navigate at first-there's a lot going on-but once I got the hang of it, I found some amazing products. Shipping took longer than expected, but the customer service team was super friendly and helped me out.

supplySwap has some really competitive prices, but I noticed that some of the product descriptions could use more detail. I had to do a bit od research on my own before buying. The item I received was good quality, though, so I'd probably order again.
