When ordering large Magnetic White Boards in the past, we have always had issues with the delivery turning up damaged. This has not been a problem with Office Needs Direct, as most of our orders have arrived undamaged and when there has been an issue they have been very responsive in resolving the issue.

Very helpful and fast delivery. Always have what we need online or can get it in stock.

We ordered 2 bins from this company and had good communication throughout the process. Unfortunately one of the bins arrived damaged. It was very straightforward to report this (sending an email and photos of the damage). A replacement bin was despatched straightaway.
