The ordering experience was much easier…
The ordering experience was much easier than any other websites on offer and the prices were very transparent. Slight damage to the box on delivery which showed on one of the noticeboards but we were able to sort that out by pressing it on the rear.

Smooth purchasing experience and good quality product
The ordering process was straightforward with subsequent communication and the product arrived very quickly. We haven't used it yet as it's a gift, but it looks sturdy and very good quality.

The Supplying Direct Group offers a satisfactory experience overall. Their team is polite and friendly, providing useful order and delivery updates without overwhelming customers with emails. While some items I needed weren't available, they made an effort to source alternatives. The chat support was responsive and helpful, though not all queries were resolved. Their service is decent, and they fulfill orders with an adequate level of communication and support.

good service even when things go wrong
I ordered some noticeboards and unfortunately they had been damaged in transit by the courier. However, I have to say the response was great and I was kept informed daily with regards to the replacements. Sometimes, the measure of a supplier, is how they respond when something goes wrong! Excellent in this case.
