Habe bei Supply.com einen Ersatz-Lampenschirm bestellt u. bezahlt, Ware aber nicht erhalten. Die Sendeverfolgung ist mit "zugestellt" markiert. Auf div. eMails antwortet niemand.
Im Internet habe ich inzwischen festgestellt, daß ich kein Einzelfall bin, bei Supply.com handelt es sich um einen Fake-Shop. Ich kann nur jeden raten, lassen Sie die Finger weg von China-Waren.

Horrible service

Regarding Voomisupply.com. I work for an HVAC company and order parts for our customers. I proceeded to order a part from their website that they told me over their webchat feature was in stock. My customer had no cooling and wanted to pay next day air. I placed the order from my customer early in the day. The next day I went to check tracking and there was no tracking. I contacted Voomi and they informed me it did not ship out yet, but they would make sure it would ship out that day and give us a discount on the shipping, this was on a Friday. The weekend came and went and I went to check tracking again on monday, but no tracking. Contacted them again and they said they still had not shipped it out and it would not ship out until the next day! Not only was I misled, but my customer went 5 days without cooling because of this. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company. I do not recommend doing business with them at all.

Let you burn voomi in flames

They delivered proper products. But when you will try to return, this is where all the scam you will get.
I requested to deliver package myself and they refused. forced me to use their flat fee thing. I did.
Two days later they are saying that my package came in the wrong box and.damagwd. that's it.. communication stopped after that. There is no ups claim. There is no phone support or help.

I came to Johnson supply where my package was delivered and guess what. They are refusing to help and even threw away package.
They are refusing to show camera feed despite they have great cameras all the way around.
3511 Jensen Dr employees are rude.and feel empowered.

Waiting for police officer to fill report.
But looks like they are understanding that nothing gonna happen. They are free to do whatever they want to do.
If this is not their fault I'm not getting how they are not willing to help.

They made a mistake and now I am out $1200 until credit card company does a charge back. They shipped item I did not order, never even got to my shop, was sent back to them, they received it but will not refund money

I wish I could give zero if I can. They sent me the item not as described. After stressful and very difficult communication (you will be very lucky if someone answer your call --866-355-0310), they told me I could return. But I have to responsible for the return fee. They will process refund in 60 days and they are not refund the shipping fee they charged on me. I copy the return instruction here for your reference. They are not decent business company, and have to be very careful to deal with them. Sham on them!

Shipping Instructions
Items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receipt.

To return, all steps must be followed:

1. Place the uninstalled item back in the original manufacturer box. Include all parts and accessories.
2. Place the manufacturer box inside another ship safe box; original box can’t be marked or damaged.
3. Include the RGA paperwork in the ship safe box.
4. Write the RGA # on the outside of the ship safe box.
5. Return the item to the SUPPLY Returns address. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. If items are returned back damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier in order to recoup funds. We strongly encourage you to take out insurance on shipments containing porcelain and glass, such as toilets, medicine cabinets, and bathroom sinks.

This rep that I spoke to China is extremely rude she had me on hold for over an hour when she got back to me she said I can get a refund for the only one item that was damaged not the whole toilet when I ask her for a refund she plays for another hour old when I asked her for her name she said her name was Chyna her supervisor name is Kevin they don’t have no ID or no way to link back to them I asked her if 5 to 7 days if I don’t get refunded can I call back and say China are and she said yes but she seem like she was lying and she had me on hold the whole time I didn’t appreciate his unprofessionalism I’m at work I don’t have all day to be on hold on the phone According to herSupervisor so extremely busy because of training purposes this is so unfortunate due to these times we’re supposed to be helping each other out not creating a dead end but don’t worry what goes around comes around

TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!!! We ordered three jacuzzi tubs and there were all damaged. The company refused to refund us for the damaged tubs. The delivery person forged my husband's signature for receiving a damaged tub. Unbelievable!!

Long story short, I received the wrong part and supply.com ended up stealing my money. Based on my one interaction, the company is crooked. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I wish I can give rating worse than this.
I ordered a pair of matching toilet which were shown in stock on the web. I only received 1.5 of the two. None told me anything about the missing part until I called. They told me the miss one is out of production! even worse after I spent all the trouble to returne the other pieces, they never full credit the money back to my account. They even charged the one they don't have in stock..... I had to call my credit company to get money back.
Save yourself trouble and time to stay away from them.

Part didn't arrive when promised.

I ordered a part for a job last Wednesday and was promised it would be here on Friday. I was told it would ship on the day I ordered (Wednesday) but it shipped the day after (Thursday). I have a screen shot indicating it would be delivered on Friday. The part arrived today (Monday). I would have ordered it from someone else if I would have known it would be late. I did not have a job for Friday and had to reschedule the job that I had Monday. Lost out on a day’s work. I contacted supply.com early Friday but they were unwilling to send me the part for Saturday delivery. They were not even willing to give me a discount and take off the shipping that I paid to have it here on Friday. If you order from them do not count on getting your parts on time. Do NOT schedule a job thinking you will have the parts when promised.

Next day from what day.

I ordered an item with next day delivery. Item was shipped by Supply.com but UPS held the item because of a hazardous materials irregularity. I contacted Supply.com by email with no response from them. Item arrived 4 days later with no explanation.

There must be a shortage of hot water tanks...I order one that was supposed to be here tomorrow. They called today to notify me the it wasn't going to be available for 1-2 weeks. "Can you give me a specific date?" "No, between 1 and 2 weeks." I cancelled the order, but not have lost several days to replace the unit for a tenant. This is the first time I've used these guys. Considering the current unstable supply chains I will give them another chance principally because the customer service guy was on top of it.

I ordered a hot water tank

I ordered a hot water tank. The page never finished loading to say my order was confirmed. I tried twice, then gave up and went buy one from home depot. This supply.com page then took the payment out of my account in 2 different transactions. Now I can not get ahold of anyone to cancel the order. No one is on the phone line and no one responds to email. But they sure took $350 out of my account. I want a refund and in this hard times with me not able to work because of this covid19 pandemic, it doesn't seem like I have even a chamce of getting my money back. The site even claims that returns are accepted, but i can not get the order canceled. How nice. Thank you for screwing me over. I need that money.
