Andrea was exceptional in her knowledge of the business. She thoroughly answered all of my questions. I felt valued and that she was there to serve.

I had a few discrepancies with the items I ordered. Andrea was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly. She was quick to find answers to my questions and did the research to make sure she was giving me accurate information.

I love the products from supplied and when items are broken or missing Jehan has always helped me in reporting these minor issues. One of the best communicative and very prompt responses I have ever experienced with a wholesaler. All my supplied products literally fly off my shelves once they are listed and they are not even my main supplier. Always super excited to see new releases and the Supplied Family is the best supportive group a small business owner can ask for. Highly recommend!! Yes shipping takes long and sometimes there are delays, but that is something that is expected for a global wholeseller. Their products are worth the wait though.

Answered promptly and responded promptly. When i could not screen shot she figured out another way to communicate by email. I appreciate the above an beyond. I have been so impressed by this company and I have referred others. Thanks Andrea

Today I had a question about ring sizes and Andrea helped me really fast and was amazing!

I had an issue with the products I had ordered and Andrea handled my frustrations beautifully. Her replies were understanding, clear and prompt. She fixed the issue professionally and quickly. The best part is the net terms. Shipping takes weeks. I had placed an order previously and had the same problem with shipping. Some of the Jewelry pics sizes and actual sizes are very different. Packaging wasn’t great. Some of the pieces have a bad odor and for the cheaper material used for tassels it’s taking a few days to get the bends and crinkles out the f them.

Any site I've sent concerns to id usually have to wait a day for a response but I got a reply very quickly and the email was actually easy to understand and not like some automated response that made no sense. Absolutely wonderful🤩

Sarah, who is MY person with SUPPLIED, texts me and follows up on my orders, and walks me through anything I may not know how to do just yet! They also offer NET60 terms!!!! That is unheard of with the incredible pricing they already offer. I have ordered from this company several time so far this year, and not a thing to complain about.
