I'm emailing almost every day. I get AI replies.
Been 4 weeks since I placed my order and no items arrived.

Non-existent customer service. I have been writing them using there contact form for over three weeks and have yet to get a reply from a human. Every reply is automated and useless. I have searched and searched for a phone number but there are none.
Parcel blocked by the customs because Supplementhub did not include the invoice. They also do not reply to my several emails asking for the invoice itself over the past week. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number, only email.
And to think I paid extra $50 for Priority Fedex...
In the end I did not receive my supplements, and I lost $230.
I will dispute my payment if still no reply after 3 days.
My order SG15854 should be shipped using Aramex express and I paid nearly 50 EUR for this option to get it fast, they shipped with the terrible FedEx (yes where I live it is known to be terrible). The package is stuck somewhere in Dubai and nobody knows anything about it. All you get from this seller is a sorry for the delay. Notably, I started to get spam emails in Dutch after purchase. The seller should pay attention to a potential data leakage.
