hoy justamente estuve sentado viendo como una chica trabajadora de superskunk delgadita y rubia le gritaba muy agresivamente a otra trabajadora de origen latino humillandola delante de todos y la dejó con un ataque de ansiedad, yo mismo fui a decirle a la chica latina que como puede tener compañeras así, algo así en un negocio es inadmisible

Avisar y ser cautos, si compras en la tienda de barajas, como fue mi caso, revisar la mercancía, la mercancía está averiada y me ofrecen volver por la tienda, es decir , esta en la zona de embarque, comprar billetes de ida y vuelta para un articulo de 12 euros, menos mal ! , que no me gaste mucho. Ya sabes, si compras, prueba antes! Saludos

Poor customer service don’t purchase high value products from them. Bought a
Samasonte suite case from them. Could not open the lock in the shop, the shop assistant found difficulties opening it, but managed eventually. Purchase the case @€230 but when I arrived at my destination the lock - froze. Returned the case 8 days later on my return to the shop at Malaga airport as the lock was faulty. The assistants were unhelpful telling me it was my own fault for locking the case - which I hadn’t, refusing my purchase rights to return the faulty product and telling me that I needed to take it home and contact Samsonite. I refused. After further telephone conversations they refused to accept responsibility, shrugged their shoulders and told me to take the case away. I informed them I was leaving the faulty case with them and taking up the issue with the credit card company . I photographed the case in situ and photographed the shop frontage. Suddenly there was a decision to exchange the faulty product. Poor show, poor customer service, negating consumer rights. Do not purchase from them. It was clear on taking the new case home that the mechanism on the first case was broken and the shop was happy to pass it on to me. Poor show Samsonite for using them as an approved dealer.

I just bought a backpack at this store in T2-T3 of Barajas. I paid for a paper bag as usual so I could carry it. So far, everything seemed logical. Half an hour later, the paper bag broke, and I went back to the store to buy another one, already with the 20 cents in hand. The surprise was that the same girl who assisted me told me she couldn’t sell me another paper bag! She said she was sorry! This is a clear example of NO customer service. I can’t imagine having to deal with them for any other kind of issue. Very little market perspective with this employee attitude. I do not recommend this store at all.

Acabo de comprar una mochila en esta tienda de la T2-T3 de Barajas. He pagado por una bolsa de papel como se hace habitualmente para poder llevármela. Hasta ahí todo lógico. A la media hora, la bolsa de papel se me rompió y he vuelto a la tienda a comprar otra bolsa de papel, ya con los 20 centimos en la mano. !La sorpresa es que la misma chica que me atendió me dijo que no me podía vender otra bolsa de papel! !Que lo sentía! Es todo un detalle de NO atención a un cliente. No quiero imaginarme el tener que gestionar con ellos otro tipo de problema. Muy poca perspectiva de mercado con esta actitud de los empleados. No recomiendo esta tienda en absoluto

Esta tienda es un verdadero ESTAFA, TIMO. Está en la dutyfree de Madrid, que supuestamente ha de tener el precio más bajo o al menos un poco más bajo.
Los productos como bolsos, mochilas etc. son 20-30 euros más caros que en el mismo corte inglés y tiene el mismo precio online.
