Stress Free Sale
Jason Wojcik handled the sale of my out of state condo. He advised a selling price for the area and listed the property. Within one week he presented me with a good offer that was above the asking price.
At every step of the transaction Jason kept me informed and contacted all agencies required which allowed me to be stress free during the entire sale.
Jason's knowledge of the real estate market and his professional and respectful representation was invaluable to me. I would recommend Jason to family and friends for the sale of their property.

The sale of my house was fairly smooth and simple. Whatever questions I had, Jason answered, and whatever he didn't know he made sure to find out. I'd definitely use him in any future sales or purchases.
