I have been using Superself products for a year and I am happy to recommend their range to everyone. I tried about 4 different supplements (Bio Cultures, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, MCT oil, Magnesium Citrate) and every time I got exactly the result I expected! This is my first experience with probiotics so I can't compare to other brands, but I've noticed that my digestive system feels healthier since taking these. When choosing the product I went for this brand as their prices were best. Also loved that it was cheaper to buy directly from them than through Amazon, as often that's not the case, and it's good not to have to use Amazon!

Try different supplements from this brand and my favourite one is omega 3 fish oil. Its very good for deiting and great for my joints. Taking this supplement more then 3 months and glad to say its work for me.
