Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket ... so WHY advertise it!

Having placed various orders for items from this Company as Gifts for a number of Friends,some problems with delivery and Condition of received products was encountered, 'SuperMug' moved Heaven & Earth to resolve the Problems (not of their making !) to great effect,I would recommend this Company and It's products without hesitation.

Non delivered items despite payment taken
Nearly a month ago I bought some personalised keyrings through Supermug - they claim I put an incorrect address (which I did not as their shipping address also shows my name incorrect). They say they have to wait for the item to be returned to them to repost. When I asked for proof of postage they have not provided this. So far the item still has not been reposted. Having read the reviews on this site I regret buying these.

Shop elsewhere!!
They are quick to take your money, but do not deliver the product, claiming it is "lost in the post"!. Not trustworthy and non reliant! Shop elsewhere is my suggestion!

Promised shipping before Christmas…
Promised shipping before Christmas (paid extra for this!) No reply to any of my emails and no update to my item via email once payment was taken. Absolutely appalling service.

Poor - no item no refund
Ordered keyrings as Christmas presents, received confirmation that my order was on its way, only to receive another email 2 week later telling me the item was now out of stock - this was a week before Xmas so too late to order an alternative from elsewhere! Nearly 2 weeks later and still no refund, luckily paid with PayPal so should get a refund

No choice for delivery, have to pay for 1st class. Don't want nor need first class.
Prices are not cheap. Unfortunatly family members have already bought from here and i wanted matching for a present.
