First time going in and I was impressed with their performance and customer service. Place is clean and cool.Got what I needed and highly recommend this place.thanks!

They have no right to judge how someone chooses to spend their money—do I question what they do with theirs? I fully repaid my last loan, plus extra, yet they remain the worst short-term loan company I've dealt with. I strongly advise against borrowing from them, as they exploit those in need by charging outrageous interest rates—45% on the loan amount! That is so outrageous for God's sake. So, if not for my bio picture, I wouldn't have gotten my money back? C'mon. That's very bad.

dodgy asf... they didn't give me sn interest free loan like advertised. when I asked to have my payment date changed because my jobs payroll got adjusted they then asked for my bank log in information and went browsing through all my my transactions which is none of their business, especially when i pay extra each week to them... when signing up with them the person kept trying to ask my to leave a review on their Facebook page, tried telling them i didn't want to because i don't want my FB friends knowing i tried to get a loan through them, they promised me it was private; yet it became public and had people messaging me condescendingly...

they are so nosey and want access to everything from your Facebook log in to your bank log in... zero privacy...

their interest rates are so large and theirs no fixed rate so paying back early doesn't save you money like a bank...

literally money sharks. the islander st the front desk tried to say he has ways to get money from me if I don't pay in time? like stfu I'll knock your fat ass out

so glad i took in my burner phone when applying... they even questioned why my phone didn't have any apps Lmao

loosers... won't be coming back!

Lower Hutt Branch is amazing,when I signed up they were so helpful,made me feel comfortable also had good music playing.
Since being a customer I've had some financial struggles but Holly has always been helpful, understanding made sure everything was ok which I appreciate a lot. Thank you again

The team at superloans is absolutely amazing. They treat you like whanau and are just amazing. Always helpful no matter the situation.

They should not be able to judge someone on what they spend there money on do I ask them what they spend there money on ... 😡 They had there last loan paid back in full and then some so this is the worst shortloan company to deal with I recommend you don't ask for money from them as they only prey on the poor people asking a huge % rate back from U 40% on top of your loan 😡

Lovely customer service well presented when also talking to staff . The store was also clean & tidy . The staff at hastings superloans always give great advice & also give feed back to us customers when needed thankyou to all the staff in hawkes bay that try help those in need have a awesome year team 😊

So I have been a loyal customer of superloans I have been dealing with them for about a year and half !!!! And I got my first loan ever with them which went smoothly had an amazing experience with them. Then I go through this rough patch of getting very sick and members of my close whanau passing away. but even through these times of me not working as much I still NEVRER missed a payments I then apply for a "top up" loan I explain to them hey I've been very Ill and I have been to a couple of tangis recently so my pay isnt going to look them same as it usually does.. they turn around and then decline my top up because I dont make enough money.. I then told them I'm back to working full time I just need this loan to get back on my feet and be able to make it too work this was still then declined... I just wanted to leave review because people that think that making your payments every week and never missing a payment actually doesnt come into consideration, loyalty or honesty doesent get you anywhere...

Once again Andy and the team have been amazing. They are so easy to deal with, knowledgeable and have a sense of humour too which is refreshing!! The new guy Ethan has learnt his role quickly and it was nice to meet the lovely Holly, his trainer. Keep it up Andy & team 10 out of 10 🙂

Purchase gone missing via slow way couriers ( whoops I meant Aramex! )

Call Auckland 09 number and get told they cannot give out the Wgtn phone number!

Ask for the CEO's name and number ( Paul Ryan ) and get told that they cannot give it out - 1st Duh took 2 secs on a google search! :)

Google search Wgtn superloans and find the direct phone number which they would not give me! 2nd Duh!!

Called Wgtn to speak to Mel and you can ONLY LEAVE a MESSAGE

Rude as to deal with go to cash converters

I purchased a TV via trademe from Superloans, the TV had a scratch so deep that it damaged the pixels. They refused to refund me or take the tv back. No wonder they are being investigated by the Commerce Commission
