Cartridge received in poor condition.
We ordered a W2122X cartridge and, upon receipt, we noticed that the drum was completely covered with yellow toner powder.
We immediately sent an email with photos attached, but several days later we still received no follow-up. We were very concerned about installing this cartridge, as it could have damaged the printer’s transport rollers and internal components.
We then returned the cartridge directly to Superink, and to this day, we have still received no response.
Honestly, I am no longer even seeking a refund. I prefer to do business with serious, honest, and responsible companies that truly take care of their customers. They can keep the money.
We purchase several thousand dollars’ worth of supplies every year. For us, this was a first order—and it will be the last.
