Kirsty was very kind and helpful. The team are really nice and will assist you with whatever you need. I would 100% recommend Kirsty if you want to know anything about bikes. Kirsty and the Superbike Factory team were great in getting my bike back on the road.

Just brought my second bike in a year from superbike factory, both times iv dealt with Jack Robinson and the service has been second to none. He couldn’t do enough for me and the knowledge he has on bikes is unreal. If your looking at getting a new bike go see Jack 100%

They advertise as one of the biggest and best motorcycle sales and purchase company. No mention, that I could find, limiting what they purchase or the mileage. So, you spend time, completing about 30+ questions, attaching photos etc. My bike is 12 years old, full service history, just had a £600 major service, nothing of concern found, MOT no advisories, it's done 41000 miles or just over 3000 a year, below the UK average. The next day they send an e-mail saying due to the milage, they can not quote on the bike?

It would be good and honest practice, to highlight any restrictions on your website.

I part exchanged my bike for a newer one dealt with James in Macclesfield who did me a good deal and was very helpful and was professional. The new bike had to have a new part fitted was at castle Donington but that’s was soon sorted and the communication was spot with with James and the transport company the delivery and pickup of my bike was professional thanks to the driver Andrew Humphries his communication was spot with delivery time . And the new bike is spot on cannot fault anything

Great service from Jack Robinson at the Crawley Superbike Factory. Went above and beyond with his customer service. Very helpful.

Easy, honest sale and purchase

I was offered a decent price, more than anyone else, communication was good and Andrew Humphries who collected bike was great to deal with. Original price offered was also given with money in the bank before he even left.

Used SuperBike to buy my very first bike with the help of Melissa, super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! The Bristol facility is easy to find, good layout and great if you want to lightly test the bike out. Would recommend as a first-time buyer, will be happy to deal with them again if and when I can afford another bike!

Bought a bike from SBF and had a tracker installed at additional cost, wasn't long before started having problems. Contacted the tracking company who sent out engineers, when they arrived they immediately recognised an install by SBF. Told me they couldn't fix it and I'd have to go back to SBF to get it fixed.
Constantly emailed with no replies, rang multiple times and either no one picked up, or on the very rare occasion they did, I was hung up on..
This has been ongoing for months and just not getting anywhere with them.

Easy to deal with and will respond when requesting information. Notice of delivery date was a bit vague. Delivery driver was top notch! Great bike purchased and part exchange was simple enough to sort out over the phone

My whole experience with superbike factory was shocking. Will never buy a bike from them again.
Sold a broken bike. Took 10 weeks to get it back.
Was sold the bike from Macclesfield.
Customer service department under staffed and badly managed.
Got bike transfer to Bristol where I’d hear about a legend of a technician called Tony. He updated me everyday. Chased parts. Went above and beyond to get my bike fixed.
Even delivered it back to me himself. Can’t thank him enough

Thank you for a pleasant transaction. From the start James was absolutely brilliant. (Even recommended somewhere for lunch and it was fantastic!) Bike immaculate as described (even better than pictures). Delivery spot on with time and date thank you. Highly recommend!

Seen a very unique mt07 phone up straight after it and Hayden had the bike in my name 2hrs later.Hayden couldn’t have been anymore helpful as he explained every step carefully and got everything sorted will be back soon.

Came to the factory heads cafe for breakfast and on the way noticed the chain on the bike was a little loose. Had a really well cooked breakfast and popped into the store to buy a 34mm socket as the bike didn't come with a rear axle nut spanner. They didn't have any tools for sale but the service team were able to do the adjustment for me while I waited. The service I got from the team here was exceptional and would definitely recommend the cafe and the service team in the future. Thanks for your help.

God awful company. I have had two bikes with them, the first one was extremely delayed but I got it and had no issues.

However my second bike has been an utter headache. When it came to delivery I was only informed on the day, thats helpful isnt it.

This bike also developed a mechanical issue and as its under warranty I sent it back to them being fixed and this is where the company has proven they are not worth going with.

Two weeks of waiting after submitting a ticket and hearing nothing back, they finally got back to be to collect it. Ive now been waiting two weeks, have heard nothing back and when ive tried to enquire ive been met with 0 help or support just simply, they will call you back ASAP yet havent for a week and a half.
