No customer service at all
Bought an e sim for kuala lumpur malaysia and they gave me a hong kong e sim. Because of this my tiktok doesnt work and i upload to tiktok so for two weeks I cant do this. I sent a query to whatsapp and chat and both have not replied. Whatsapp message gets viewed but no response. Absolutely poor service will definitely not be using them again

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Bought 10 days Egypt data plan, with 5GBs daily. Barely usable! Stuck at Orange Egypt, and can’t switch to other networks. Avoid at all costs!
Better off to buy at the airport, much cheaper and reliable.

Unfortunately, I was one of 30,000 Germans stranded in Dubai during Iran's attack on targets in the United Arab Emirates. I was looking for a reliable eSIM. Through a sponsored link, I found an affordable eSIM from Superlink. Installation was incredibly easy; everything, including payment and setup, was done in just five minutes. However, I couldn't get mobile internet access. Frustrated, I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp. Within seconds, I received a reply asking for my order number, my phone model, and a screenshot of my mobile settings. Superlink immediately checked if the installation had worked and promptly advised me to activate data roaming. After that, it worked instantly. Such excellent customer service is simply unbeatable and made me very happy. A huge thank you and much appreciation for this wonderful support! I wish Emirates had done something like that, but they completely disappeared and didn't help anyone, only selling ultra-expensive tickets.

I have yet to see how it worked out once I travell.
