I ordered a SUP as birthday Gift for my husband. It unfortunately didn't arrive at the promised date, but two weeks after! I was really disappointed.

Sorry that it was not made clear at the time your order was placed, but due to the stock of your order only being available at our UK warehouse, delivery to Germany took longer than it would usually when we have the stock available at our EU warehouse.

£400 spent on unusable product

The product was delivered with essential components missing and despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue I’m still no closer to receiving my full order and I’m left with a product that is unusable.

Birthday in the bag!

Having tried and enjoyed paddle boarding, I decided to buy one for my sons birthday. There was plenty of choice at good prices. Once decided the ordering process was simple, communication regarding the order was excellent and delivery was swift and trouble free.

Their service was extremely poor. I will still rate it on Google and social media. The package is not sent although there is a Hermes delivery confirmation. In the end you have to beg for your money instead of you sending a voucher and apologizing. Extremely bad...

Just received my black samphire 10"4…

Just received my black samphire 10"4 SUP board to a catalogue of issues, the fins are bent and squint, the pump has a foot pedal snapped off and the pump doesn't connect to the board correctly so cant be pumped up! and it is absolutely outrageous that you don't have a contact number for sending my product back via courier. Massive waste of a lot of money that is needing refunded as soon as possible

Product great communication terrible

Product is fantastic as was the delivery but communication is almost impossible,on the day I had my message to say my board was out for delivery I received another message saying the postage wasn’t covered,I tried to get in touch but it is impossible.

Order for a birthday present

Order for a birthday present. Only took a week to come as stated. So here before the needed date. Product opened and everything appears to be all there. Pumped up the sup and all appears in working order.

My order never arrived

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, it still has not arrived. I sent an email to customer service 3 days ago and still have not received a reply on what to expect with my order.

I’m unsure if this issue is due to the delivery company or SUP Warehouse. However, the lack of response is poor.

SUP Warehouse has a great reputation, BUT

SUP Warehouse has a great reputation, but my experience wasn't great.

When my SUP arrived the box it was shipped in was just not up to the job for the weight of the product. The box was open, the fin and documents were missing and the repair kit was damaged.

Then i discovered the valve was faulty so i sent the SUP back.

And for that SUP Warehouse deserve some respect as they were very efficient in responding and have offered me a full refund.

Absolutely disgraceful service-…

Absolutely disgraceful service- returned a faulty paddle board with the promise of a full refund- they only refunded the postage and have £300 of my money. They have ignored all my emails since they received the board in August. Have had to escalate it with paypal and my bank and now action fraud! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!

Not received and no contact at all!

I've ordered sport air all round inflatable on the 26th Sept, 2022, given estimated delivery was between the 6-20th Oct, I have sent 2 emails querying delivery date and being ignored, still no board or email delivery date, not happy! The board was a birthday present and the birthday is November, I would like it before then please, I will be very disappointed if its not here by then.

no email confirmation receive when we placed the order. this left us in the dark about delivery times -we even feared we'd been scammed!

I have looked into this for you and can see that you received our welcome email, to which you used the provided discount code.
After you placed your order you were sent an initial thank you email, followed by an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email.

We can see no reason in our system why these wouldn't have been received by you as you received the original welcome email.

These emails are all automated and are always sent after an order is placed.
