Ordered 4 items from them and after 2 months, I only received one item. I've emailed them and got no response. Now, I can't even contact them. Went to their wepage (sunvitalbee.com) and it says offline. Found their telephone number and called them but the auto messesage sends you to another website, which they don't spell the new website name for you. This company is a scam. I want my money back.
《EDITED TO ADD: I was told by email AND text that they refunded my money, but they didn't. I just had to file a claim to get my money back.》 I'm really disappointed in this company. Somehow, my order was completely wrong after I finished placing it. I couldn't find any way to cancel it and reorder. There's NO way to speak to a real person. The mask frames are something I really need to try. So I asked for help to cancel and change my order in the multiple emails I sent them. The layout is horrible. It's too hard to get what you came for, and I clicked on the sale link. That's not what I ended up being charged for... and I was charged for extra stuff I never even looked at.They just now refunded me. That's a plus. Also the emails I got from them offered no help like I repeatedly asked for.... instead, it told me to go order more!! IF they had been the least bit helpful, I would have loved to get what I originally wanted from them, but they just lost a customer.
