Steve and Jay did a fantastic job on a very hot day! Took us through the whole installation process step by step and advised on the best set up. So pleased with the pergola and can highly recommend!!

Purchased a pergola and the company installed it. The Pergola is such a high quality product and the install went perfectly. Great communication throughout with the company. Highly recommending the product and company to all.

Sunslife erected our pergola very efficiently but Dan was unhappy that blinds were not working absolutely correctly so the company arranged for a revisit to suit our diary. So Dan and Marius appeared as arranged to day. They replaced one blind and refitted the other two so that they all slide beautifully and click up into their cartridges when not in use. A great product and great service. We are delighted with our new room!

My pergola was installed yesterday. Unfortunately the paintwork is very poor and flaking off on multiple parts around the structure. The installers did not notice this. I noticed immediately and called to report and send photos and a video. These can be seen on a Google review. I have yet to hear back to acknowledge the issue and when the damaged parts will be replaced. Not what you would expect for a £10k plus premium product. Order number 15145 / S04044

EDIT: 23/06 Suns Lifestyle have contacted me and the replacement parts will be fitted on the 4th July.

They say you get what you pay for and to be honest the products at Suns are not cheap, but they are amazing quality and I think worth every penny.

The installation team, especially Kevin, were amazing. Very happy with the finished product and am looking forward to many summers using their awesome garden furniture.

Very good pre and post sales as I had a few questions after deposit. Very helpful over the phone. Installed today well with the 8 weeks guideline ready for summer. Great installers with Steve and Jay. 👍🏼 makes a big difference to the garden already.

Steve and Charlie arrived yesterday morning to fit our pergola. It was an extremely hot day but they worked quickly and efficiently. The job was soon completed and both Steve and Charlie were lovely polite workers.
We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

Contacted to advise arrival time. Installation turned up within 5 mins of ETA. Installation was carried out with great care. Installers Steve and Charlie are very polite and professional, did a great job and demonstrated the blinds and roof mechanism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Suns Lifestyle. Customer service prior to delivery and installation was very good as well. The pergola looks fantastic and really transforms our garden.

Ordered in may , we’re told it would be installed end of June now it’s August ???

We purchased our pergola at the Ideal Home Exhibition and although we did not know the size of our patio, they took our order, with the Show Discount applied, and following a survey, undertaken by Steve, we decided on a larger and upgraded product. The installation team of Glenn and Andy were superb. They were very helpful and professional and did a great job. They also cleared away all of the rubbish. We would thoroughly recommend this company and plan to use them again for a pergola in another area.

We purchased the pergola at the Ideal Home Exhibition, we received a date to be installed and Steve and Kieran arrived, they were a great team and possibly the best workmen we have had, they made sure we had it installed in the best place and went over the best positions for the roof in different weather conditions answered all our questions and cleared site at end of installation. Nice polite guys, I would give them 6 stars if I could. We had a problem with one of our screens, it was 10cms short so was unable to fit. Steve reported it to the office and we are waiting for a replacement screen. This is a good product.

Would highly recommend this very well run and professional company. From start to finish, every member of staff has been friendly, efficient and helpful. Steve & Kieran did a great job installing our Rota pergola this week. It looks great, is very sturdy and we are delighted with it

Had. great experience with SUNS Lifestyle, from ordering the pergola at the ideal home exibition, site survey, all the way through to installation. Charlie and Kieran did an amazing job of installing our pergola. Friendly, polite and tidy throughout. Good communication about arrival time.

We never intended to buy a table, chairs and parasol and once we saw the garden sets from Suns Lifestyle at the Grand Design show we were sold ! It was installed today by Charlie & Kieran who were fantastic and did a great job. Many thanks

Dan and Kev arrived at the agreed time and set to work straight away. They were very professional and spent lots of time checking and checking again. The installation is exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased. Dan and Kev explained the use of the gazebo fully before leaving. There was no mess, no leftover rubbish etc. They were a pleasure to have here. We now have the extra outdoor space we were looking for and the privacy screens are fab! It looks very smart indeed.
