Incredibly professional but friendly and helpful service. We had to delay delivery several times and amend the product ordered yet the team were completely amenable and happy to help.

Glenn and Marius who delivered and installed the pergola were brilliant - quick, efficient, clean and tidy.

All round fantastic and no complaints at all.

Pleasant and polite delivery guys. Also I mentioned that I had a bbq coming up when I ordered and the company managed to get the pergola to me the day before even tho it was shorter than the expected wait time.

Very pleased with everything from Suns Lifestyle with our recent pergola purchase.

Sales info / contact & advice from Mark and the other staff was great.

Delivery from the courier company they use was well managed.

The install with Craig was excellent. He is very good, great suggestions to ensure pergola was situated in best place for us despite a couple of small issues with groundwork we did before install. He didnt stop from start to finish. Brilliant all round!

The one thing that maybe would be helpful is if people cant get an onsite survey from Suns beforehand, a quick videocall / facetime or even phonecall with Craig or one of the fitters prior to groundwork being done could potentially save unneccessary work being done beforehand. This could maybe then help the fitter ahead of his visit, saving time for everyone?

Our appointment with Ryan Cranmer was lovely, no rush, no heavy sakes pitch, just shown the product most suitable for house and garden.
Installation by Steve and Ryan was efficient and professional. Both Steve and Ryan are polite and obviously skilled in their jobs.
Once Installation was complete, I was shown how everything worked and how to take the best care of it!

Pergola we purchased is top quality. The installer Craig worked and worked and did not stop, did a great job.
There was an issue with initial installation as they lost an installer from the south of England but arranged for Craig from Scotland to carryout the installation. Small issue with delivery but all forgotten when Pergola installed and looking good. Thanks

Installation went very smoothly despite initial concerns about change of plan and unusual site position.
All my questions were answered by Steve and Rob and refund on side panels not used promised.

The fitting team who arrived to fit the gazebo were excellent. They were clean and very professional. Happy to answer questions and made sure we were happy before and during. Once completed they took time to explain functionality and best care practices. Great team work. Thank you Steve and Rob.

It is a great product, which my landscapers commented was quite simple to install. I think I've achieved high quality and longevity, for a good/fair price.

I would highly recommend purchasing a pergola from SUNS Lifestyle. The whole team have been great throughout from ordering to fitting. Mark from the sales team helped me select the correct pergola for my project. Brent and Steve who assembled my pergola were great on the day. Also Alison in the office in organising my fitting date.

I would like to call out Brent who went the extra mile. He came out to do a site survey before I had ordered and made me feel comfortable with the product. Went through everything on my options, as I had a challenging element to were I was putting the pergola. Brent came up with a solution for me, which was great. He also worked around my electrician who was fitting the heaters. And came back on his day off to complete the pergola after the electrician had finished.

Overall, a great experience throughout my purchase from the SUNS team and great customer service also. Especially from Brent.
