Definitely do not use the one in Carrollton. They like to make jokes about the KKK and think it's funny; even with customers in the office. Customers and staff…birds of feather flock together.

They keep your credit card numbers written down on pieces of paper in their desk drawers. Of course nobody will admit to these fraudulent practices.

They bring their kids to work and have them running all around the office like they don't have any home training. However, I guess when DFACS is involved, you can’t discipline your kids so all you can do is let them run around.

They will contact you through social media (especially Facebook) about your payments; despite that going against company policy (read the other reviews… scroll down). They want to make it seem like they are doing big numbers and people are just happily paying. It's borderline harassment.

Their attire is atrocious for a business. They like to wear leggings and clothes that are too small. They can't help their bad body shapes, but they could definitely dress like they are running a business. They look sloppy and unkempt. Like the rolled out of bed and just said oh I’ll throw this on…as long as I’m covered it should be fine.

Do not do business with these miserable ladies. Check out 1st Franklin, Lendmark, Carroll Finance, or Security Finance.

The women working there are great love them!

Service is great, the staff are awesome.. just wish there was an online way to pay. I really don't like saying my information out loud on a phone. A secured website would be better.

The women in Carrollton are the most disrespectful bunch I’ve met! They hung up on me and would not answer my calls and when they answered they hung up in my face. So so disrespectful I’d never do business with this crowd again…

These girls are great! Every time I’ve visited the store they have been nothing but nice and respectful. Definitely glad I chose here for a loan and taxes done !

I would highly recommend anyone who has been turned away or turned down this is the place to call. Everyone deserves a second chance.

This company has been a blessing to me. I have been late a few times. I always call and they are very understanding. They understand ppl fall on hard times, They will work with you. They have never been rude. Like I said they have blessed me with help.
