Daniel helped myself and my husband book multiple excursions for our honeymoon. Daniel was very helpful and informative with any information we needed. Questions that we asked where always anwcered quickly and in detail!

Tickets all worked well we're sent ahead of the event could be downloaded and scanned easily.

What's not to like

I did a google search of trips from our hotel and Sunphoria came up. Browsed through their website and found a couple of trips we liked the sound of so decided to book through Sunphoria. So glad we did. Daniel was quick to answer our questions and everything got booked. He followed up with all relevant information in a timely fashion. The trips went like clockwork. We are seriously considering coming back to Tenerife next year and with a few more trips in mind we are definitely going to book through Sunphoria.

Hi. We were under the impression that the pick-up time at our hotel would be around 10-00am. After we had booked we were informed the evening before that the pick-would be around 7-00am next morning. We thus could not have our breakfast ot the hotel ( which we had paid for). Having said this we had a great day visiting Teide.
In particular the guide, Julian, was excellent, giving us lots of interesting information on the area flora and fauna.

Me and my partner ordered through this company tickets for Siam Nights out in Tenerife which was an easy experience, however the problem arrived when we got there the tickets that we had bought would not work so we since we were there and it was the last Siam Nights of the season me and my partner weren't going to miss out so we ended up having to buy new tickets as advised by the park and then to claim a refund from the supplier. This is where I contacted Sunphoria and was told that we could not get a refund as they buy the tickets through the park and sell on I did explain that the tickets wouldn't scan and we had to buy new tickets otherwise we would not be able to attend, so as you can imagine I was told by Sunphoria that I would not be getting a refund for my tickets so I am now done £200 with only one lot of tickets working so I would not recommend buying tickets through this place at all!!!!

When it comes to Daniel's (Sunphoria) service I could rate it even with 5 stars as only due to his service we were able to buy the tickets on super short notice and furthermore he was very friendly and supportive and provided in addition to the tickets further information.

However our rating for the Siam Nights is not more than 1 star: First of all - even though you are being promised to skip the entrance waiting line with online ticket that's not applicable for Siam Nights as it seemed literally everyone did that and so we found ourselves waiting behind 100s of people for +40 minutes only to get in only to find out that for the lockers you had stand again in the same queue and wait another+30 minutes ..so that was the first hour of only 4! But the worst 'surprise' was that literally any slides or attractions that were of interest for smaller kids were closed (!!!) - since we were with a 6 year and a 10 year old...you can imagine our faces as that left us only with the lazy river and the wave beach for which we wouldn't have paid this insane ticket prices ..we really felt fooled as there was no information about that on the Siam (Nights) page!!! So absolutely not recommended for families with smaller kids!

I booked Siam night tickets with sunphoria approx 3 hours before it started! I was on a live chat with Daniel who was most helpful, he sent the tickets to my email within minutes! Would definitely recommend sunphoria and will definitely use the service again. Thanks Daniel!

Was ordering Siam nights tickets short notice so most places they weren’t available so thanks to sunphoria for providing them. Daniel was especially very helpful and provided great customer service. I couldn’t recommend this service enough, I will definitely be using it again for my future excursions in Tenerife

Just back from the Siam nights trip I booked online with sunphoria. A quick and easy website to use followed by the tickets being emailed through to us and an email from the company checking all was ok - all we need in this day and age given the tech already available. Good service with a personal touch, thanks Daniel

Fantastic service from beginning to end, Daniel was extremely helpful with lending knowledge as i have never been to the island before, even talked me through the bus times when going to loro park!! Will defo be using again for all my holiday excursion! Thanks Daniel!!!!!

Really straightforward and helpful service as well as lots of useful tips about the local area including things like transport, timetables etc. highly recommend to make your life a bit easier while you’re planning things to do in Tenerife!

I booked my excursions through Daniel very last minute before my holiday not having a clue what I was doing in the area and I couldn’t be more thankful to Daniel for not only booking me tickets to my chosen attractions but giving me friendly advice on how to get there by bus, even giving me the correct bus times and bus number etc whilst I was away saving me a fortune on taxis.
