Honestly, had I read more I wouldn’t have tried this. I like the checking in and recording drinks But the medication was unnecessary for me(my bad). Fortunately I didn’t even have to open the package in the mail. I tried to see if I could return it(completely unopened, still in the bag it came) but could not. $300 is just too costly for me at this time. If you can afford it by all means give it a shot. Now I have a giant bottle to dispose of. Again…I liked the program itself, accountability, but the cost is high.

Sunnyside has been genuinely helpful for building more awareness around my habits. The approach feels supportive, non-judgmental and the daily check-ins are simple but effective. I still have a ways to go but I find it helpful and encouraging rather than overwhelming. I like that it focuses on small, realistic changes, and It’s made it much easier to be intentional and feel good about progress. I also embrace and very much appreciate the weekly podcasts!

I have logged my drinking frequency for over 20 months and it has benefited me greatly. My weekly frequency significantly decreased and my emotional well-being and self-efficacy has significantly increased in relation to my drinking. Now I practice "mindful moderation" and really ENJOY my drinks when I drink, and drinking is no longer a "mindless habit." Thank you Sunnyside!

I feel the tracking of drinks has been very helpful. The delayed responses of the coaches is both irritating and sometimes the responses feel they are from a preplanned script.

This app makes you be honest with yourself. It's easy to lie to others, that doesn't matter around the big picture. Being honest with yourself, that's what matters. Here at Sunnyside you can request coaching, share experiences without judgment; that is valuable.

The podcasts are EXCELLENT!! I listen to several at one time. I love them!! They are very inspiring and motivating!! Thank you!!!!

Sunnyside changed my life. I can't begin to explain how low I was feeling when I came across the app and decided to invest in myself. Since then it's been almost two years strong and going with changing not only my relationship to alcohol, but finally feeling like I always have a safe place to go that continuously and unconditionally provides me support. I listen to all of the podcasts and have raved about this app to all of my friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for literally creating a company that is positively impacting human life. Sunnyside does not provide transparency into their auto renew policy nor does it provide a way to quit their platform. I unsubscribed from alerts months before I was auto renewed. This is against California state law and I believe it to be a sneaky business. Do not recommend.

I appreciate the support I receive from Sunnyside. The reminders, the option to be dry-ish, and the availability to reflect every day have been helpful.

The daily prompts are also thought provoking. They push me to look deeper into my reasons for drinking.

I am currently doing the Soberish Mom challenge, but as fully dry. I really like the simplicity of no alcohol, no questions. Starting in February I’m leaning toward a dry-ish plan. I think that is when I will really need more support.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to read others perspectives as well.

It was a good year! 12 months of tracking and logging drinks. My goal was to cut consumption by 50% by adding dry days. I also reduced number of drinks on drinking days by half. Total reduction of 70%.

Sucks! No real support. Nothing but canned responses.
Hate it.

I was billed $79.00. I never granted permission to be charged, and never received any invoice. I was just now reviewing my credit card purchases and was very surprised and angry.

Sunnyside was hugely helpful in changing my drinking habit. It took about a year but I went from 0 dry days a week to 4-6! And the nights I do have a glass or two of wine, it is limited to that amount. It has become easy to make the choices now as I am cognizant of the relationship between how I feel and how much alcohol is in my life.
Being mindful and tracking my drinks has completely changed not only my habits but my health and happiness. I am in charge and in control.

I love the daily check ins and motivations each day. Reading other people’s struggles, how they have changed their views on drinking, and being able to encourage (and receive encouragement) when the temptation is there. I’m able to hold myself accountable better than just relying on my own willpower.

Easy to use. A positive voice. Encouraging. Clear and concise

I do not wish to use this app and have somehow been debited for a year’s subscription. I have asked for a refund. Wait to see if there is a response. Beware if you simply open the website to see what the offering is, as I did.

I’m sure this review won’t get shared but this app is a SCAM!! After my free trial ended they tried to charge me 3x the amount for a subscription!! My debit card was locked because of a fraudulent charge!!

I've inly been doing this for 2 weeks but so far I really appreciate the non judgemental feedback and the guidelines. I do enjoy having drinks but also realize I do need to cut back. I'm glad I found you I think this is just the tool I need
