From the beggining to the end, the process was smooth and effeciant. Everybody envolved was really nice and knowledgable. The panels also look nice on the roof. Everything promised was delivered.

System went down 3 months ago…
System went down 3 months ago due to a faulty control box but was not notified. I just happened to check my usage and saw that it had not been working. This is something they should have picked up on. Took a while to get someone to come out and he said he needed to order a new part which he received 2 weeks ago. Ive emailed and called to find out when he was coming back and was told I’d be notified. Now that 2 more weeks have gone by I went to their website to get contact info to find out they have scheduled an appointment but I needed to confirm it. It’s a month after the guy received the new part and it will be 4 months without the system working. Terrible customer service.

System down since May 8, 2024
It’s been another month that my system has been down and I am paying for it to not work as well as paying PGE while Sunnova does nothing about it. A complete waste of money and Sunnova is a joke, they call you back the same day of the review and do nothing after that. You also can call into customer service like the auto review response says and get to someone that will tell you they will help and never get a call back too. Getting ready to take the system down and stop paying them because they aren’t doing anything and I don’t want to deal with crap like this for many years to come. The most unprofessional company that isn’t helpful and will never function smoothly if this is how they run things.
