Terrible perfume
Terrible perfume. Complete waste of my £60 on a perfume that doesn’t last for 15 minutes, meanwhile the sample of the same product used in the shop last for three days on my body when I first tried. So I would say. These guys are fraud. Avoid them. I wish I could return it and get my money back. I think the product they use on their shelf for marketing is more concentrated than the one they give you when you buy. Avoid them

The scent was beautiful and my daughters love it because they have used it before but the packaging was what I was expecting. They were Eid gifts and not packed as nice i was hoping.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service!
Served by a lovely young man called Wadud. Wadud was very knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. He helped choose many items and catered to our many needs. All three other (manager, 2x sales consultants) employees were equally brilliant on our second visit in that day. I’d definitely suggest the owners of the company to have a customer service line that is manned and they reply back to concerns we had over their website and confusing prices. However, this should not lower the great service we received by their employees. Thank you greatly, Sayra and Sitara.

J’ai passé une commande, que je n’ai pas reçue. J’ai été débitée, pourtant le colis n’est jamais arrivé.
Je l’ai signalé à sunnamusk, qui m’indique que le colis a été livré sans plus d’informations. Je n’ai jamais été contactée par le transporteur et sunnamusk n’est d’aucune aide.

Bespoke experience at Sunna Musk
Have to give credit to Yousef at the store, for helping me to choose perfume oil to use during the month of Ramadan. Yousef came across very knowledgeable and very friendly and made my purchase enjoyable and also bespoke. I have regularly purchased goods from Sunna Musk online, however visiting their flagship branch in Whitechapel made the experience so much better and being able to compare the variety of fragrance with coffee beans in one hand, so much better. Also thank you to Tahmina ( I think her name was ), for helping my daughter. Keep it up Sunna Musk because whatever you guys are doing it’s working, and I will be back again soon.
