Ordered my sunbed 24th Received on 27th april company delivered on time. they assembled it in our spare bedroom. took all the rubbish away. every step of the process was Excellent we are both happy with the service we Received and would recommend them for all your sunbed needs... Cannot fault them in anyway.

The guys were great and really helpful, they put the bed in an upstairs room for me and showed me how to use it. They also changed there delivery day to a day and time that suited me which was great

Responded really quickly to my request, and delivered on a day that suited me. Set up quicky in the space i requested. Would 100% use again.

I had some questions before deciding to buy sunbed, and each question was answered promptly and efficiently. Delivery was in the time scale quoted, installed fuss free and packaging taken away.

Two weeks later, I thought I had found a fault. I contacted the Company, who responded immediately and phoned to talk through a couple of ‘check firsts’. Imagine my complete embarrassment to find there wasn’t a fault, it was me not turning it on properly!

The Company were incredibly fantastic over this, and at each and every turn professional, courteous and kind.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. From point of order to delivery we were kept informed of the process. Installation was quick, easy and Rob gave good advice on how to use the sunbed especially as this is for my daughter who has never used a sunbed before. Great guys would highly recommend.

Robert was very helpful prior to the order being placed. Item arrived very quickly and was delivered by Gary and Wayne who were also equally friendly and efficient in installing the sunbed. I was kept informed all the time as to the progress of the order.

Excellent and professional service and delivery. Could have done with instructions and details on when and how I change the bulbs.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I paid over $400 in freight and delivery, including the extra $80 to unload the bed. The delivery men (there was 2 of them) left it at my front door, made some fake phone call to their boss to say the $80 only covered taking it off the truck, and told me, as a single woman I would have to carry it up two flights of stairs on my own. All these previous reviews must be fake, as no one showed me how to set it up, no one even helped me carry it inside: disgraceful.
