If you want to find peace, recharge and look after yourself this is the place. The experience is magical with phenomenal organisation, superb exercise, excellent food and outstanding accommodation. Everyone comes needing something different from a retreat. If it’s headspace, you’ve got it. If it’s friendship, you’ve got it. If it’s discovering how amazing plant based food is you’ve got it! You can participate in as much or as little as you want to. Every detail has been meticulously planned. If you’ve lost your way, you will find clarity. You will come away feeling special and recognising that you matter. If it’s change you are after, this retreat will prompt it! This is my second year on the retreat and it’s everything I had hoped for and so much more. I’ve so much love for Sophs and Alyssa, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Until next time xx

Upon booking I was unsure this would be for me – how wrong was I!? I went with a group of friends and Sophie made us feel welcome and relaxed and gave me the push and encouragement I needed to kick start my fitness journey after having two children and getting in a rut.
I am not a vegan but the food Alissa cooked was divine and opened my eyes to a much wider variety of food which i can't wait to keep on trying now i am home.
The coastal walks and sea swimming were my favourite. Walking through the Pembrokeshire coastal paths and cooling off in the sea was an ultimate high that I miss now I am back. I had a full body massage on one of the days and I have to say it was THE BEST massage I have ever had.
I wish I could take Sophie and Alissa home with me and bottle up the feeling this weekend has left me with - calm, happy, energized and grateful. It was an amazing unforgettable time and I can’t wait to go again! Thank you Sophie and Alissa!! Xx

If you are on the fence about booking just book! Had the most amazing time with Soph and the gals. So amazing that it's tempting to leave a terrible review so I can take every slot of future retreats 😂. Not a single negative thing to say about this retreat. If you love delicious food, moving your body and meeting new people you will love this!

This is my 3rd time going on Sophie’s retreats. Portugal combined everything that I loved from the Wales retreats - amazing yoga, delicious food and challenging workouts with hot workouts on the beach and chill time by the pool. Absolute heaven.

Honestly can’t fault a single thing. From incredible food to invigorating beach workouts and relieving ocean dips to restorative yoga classes — this is the break from reality anyone needs. Sophie is an incredibly host. Her calm nature helps you switch off and her exceptional planning means you don’t have to worry about a thing. The food is nutrient-dense and plentiful. I can’t wait to do it all again one day!

Sun and Salts Escapes was a truly life changing experience. You are enveloped with kindness through movement and nutrition as well a gentle trust that you're in a safe space to reconnect with yourself. I leave feeling calm, fit and brimming with health. I'm closer to myself than I ever have been and I'm so grateful to have had this journey with gorgeous souls. I highly recommend this retreat!

Soph and Alissa have created something very special. The retreat was the perfect mix of activities and down time. Personal highlights were all the sea swims, group activities and obviously alissas divine food. And the sprinkles of personal touches they add in are magic, not to mention the very well received massage!! I am in awe of the two of them and can’t wait to join on more of their escapes. Vix xxx

I absolutely loved the Pembrokeshire retreat hosted by Sophie and Alyssa. A perfect mix of nourishing and delicious food, great company, energetic and calming workouts and still loads of time to yourself to read, relax and explore the local area. It was lovely to leave retreat feeling rested but also motivated to continue a more active lifestyle throughout the summer! They couldn’t have picked a more beautiful spot either, and shared with us some of their favourite spots to walk and swim - it really added a personal touch to it. If you’re thinking of booking a retreat - do it!

There is nothing I would change about Sun & Salt’s retreat - it was absolutely wonderful.
The coastal location is stunning, with first-rate accommodation, delicious food, challenging but fun fitness classes on the beach and perfect yoga flow. Sophie and Alyssa are amazing women and I thank them for their warmth, passion and skills. I loved every minute.

The most magical, well organised, fun and wholesome experience.
Each day was filled with fantastic fitness, relaxing yoga, stunning coastal walks and sea swims, and even a chance to soak up the local area. All of this fuelled by the most delicious food. Such a great opportunity to meet lovely like minded people too. Would highly recommend.

We had such an incredible weekend with Sophie and her team in Pembrokeshire. The perfect balance of fitness and relaxation. The food cooked by Alyssa was divine! We’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend.

I went on the Portugal retreat with Sophie and the team. From the moment we arrived at the villa we were made to feel at home and settled into the villa. The week consisted of morning beach workouts, followed by homemade breakfasts, free time to explore, afternoon tea, wind down yoga in the yoga shala, and finally a themed meal. Every detail was planned from the group workouts of different abilities, the incredible food, cuisines and dietary requirements and sensational yoga. I can’t recommend sun and salt escapes enough. It’s the guaranteed reset button that we all need. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

I have just returned from the weekday Spring escape and can honestly say that I had the most incredible, wholesome, soul enlightening & incredibly amazing time!!! Sophie is a fantastic yoga teacher and fitness coach, she offers the perfect amount of encouragement at all times. Sophie has the most beautiful energy that just makes you feel so calm and so motivated all at the same time. She has an aura difficult to describe, but as soon as you meet her you will understand. We had fantastic workouts each day, and beautiful coastal walks. Afternoons were free and my friend and I chose to go coasteering which was great fun and hilarious 😂. Sophie arranged the trip for us so we just had to turn up and give it our best effort! 🤣. The second day we kept free and had the most dreamy massage ever! The meals created by Alissa were delicious 😋 so much colour and flavour in every single dish. Alissa has an incredible natural talent for bringing out the best from the ingredients creating a feast for the eyes as well as the belly! I can’t wait to return one day soon. I’ve just returned from the Spring Retreat and I just feel so grateful for the amazing environment that Sophs has created for people to come and relax, unwind and live in an amazing bubble of gorgeous food (Alissa you’re an all round incredible person), yoga, exercise, lots of relaxation and plenty of laughs too! I’ve never been to a retreat before and I’ve only ever dipped my toes in yoga a few times, but I never once felt out of place, Sophs goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and happy at all times. I really could go on all day about how incredible these retreats are but instead, if you’re considering it, please just do it, you won’t regret it! Soph & Alissa - you’re an absolute dream team and I don’t think you know just how amazing you’ve made these retreats! Very grateful for you both, thank you 🫶🏻✨
