5* service from start to finish.
My last four cars have been personal contract hire, and I stumbled across Summit via google when searching for my next car deal. I have to say they have been absolutely first class and the deal for my VW Tiguan was £30pm cheaper than going to VW direct, even the terms we agreed ticked every box for me (18 month deal & 1 month up front).
Everybody I spoke with were super friendly and professional, however special mention goes to Grace, who I found it easy to build a good rapport with right from the start. Grace is very approachable and couldn’t do enough for me, also every time I had a query it was answered in depth and in good time. Cerian from deliveries also really easy to talk to and really efficient with responses!
Delivery process spot on and car arrived bang on time with no issues.
Would I return? Absolutely. Obviously it goes without saying that I will always shop about for best price, but for customer service alone, I will definitely give Summit first chance/refusal.
Highly recommend, keep up the good work!

Excellent experience
I most definitely recommend this company. They were so easy to deal with, the communicated very effectively and kept me up to date at all points throughout the process. The car was delivered this morning and I'm so pleased with it and the price.

Great service from the start
From enquiring about the car through the leasing process the team at summit were always on hand to answer questions, always kept us up to date and delivered everything as promised oh and the car was by far the best value found will use again

The process was totally problem free, i was kept updated all the way even if the manufacturer delayed the vehicle a bit. Grace was amazing and answered my many questions with ease. The delivery was smooth and the driver was bang on time. After day 1 with my new car, im very happy 👍
