Amazing process from start to finish. Customizable designs that are unique with beautiful craftsmanship. Far beyond our expectations and so much better than anything you could get from a big-box store or a shed/garage company.

Great service, friendly people, great product.

Great experience beginning with design all the way thru the build. I had ordered the prefab option and built the shed with my son, turned out to be a pretty easy process. I had a few questions which were answered quickly through email and over the phone with the support team. Highly recommended if you're looking for a shed that will last and fit unique measurements.

We bought a shed over 17 years ago and it has stood the test of time. The flower boxes we got with the shed have started to rot out after many years of use. We contacted Summerwood to inquire about replacements and they offered to replace them! Wonderful service from day one to now. Love our shed and recommend Summerwood to anyone looking for a quality shed from a company that stands behind product.

Great to work with.

The product and build is excellent. The features ordering process was somewhat complicated. The cedar window door and vents could not be obtained pre-protected in the natural cedar colour. We are seniors and not handy persons. Our shed was installed in November when lightly snowing and it has been extremely cold and snowing since then so we have been unable to apply the recommended finish that was purchased by us. Please offer your customers a cedar door and vents that have at least one coat of protector/finish prior to the build so this does not happen to others!

Great product! Well built and looks great. Had some issues with installation that were all resolved by the company. A bit pricey but it’s a top notch product

Highly recommend Summerwood. High quality products and great service. Our Bala Bunkie kit was delivered on time and exactly where we wanted. Order was fulfilled perfectly including our customizations. Instructions were well laid out and clear. Our bunkie was the perfect addition to our cottage allowing us to have guests at much less cost and red tape than an addition.

Overall we are very pleased with the purchase of our Palmerston shed. From the initial purchase through to the final installation all went smoothly. John & Anna were very helpful in the purchase and the logistics of the shed delivery and installation. The installers did a superb job and were very friendly and obviously care about their work. My only criticism would be that l
was surprised that the door lacked any type of weatherstripping. This aside I would highly recommend Summerwood products and their staff.

I did a lot of research about shed companies before I noticed a beautiful one in my neighbourhood that I started walking by regularly, I finally got up the courage to knock on the door to ask about it and the homeowners were ecstatic about giving me a tour of their beautiful building inside and out, and raved about the high quality and process of getting it assembled on site. Their review of what turned out to be a Summerwood was so high and so strong that I followed suit shortly after. I got my Sarawak on sale, John walked me through the selection process, and was even still warm and friendly when I made several cosmetic changes! Summerwood referred me to a lovely small company to install my concrete pad too. Summerwood kept me well informed when the October weather wouldn't cooperate and the original delivery date had to be set back, but when production did happen, it was professional and my garden wan't impacted at all. Summerwood even stayed with me on the phone while I was sourcing the stain. I've now had my shed installed for almost a year. It complements my back deck beautifully; and 10'X5' is spacious enough to store two bikes, lots of outside furniture, gardening equipment, and countless seasonal and other items and still have exceptionally convenient access. Most importantly it is completely raccoon free and water proof - which my previous shed wasn't and so I avoided going in it. These days when I go into my Sarawak, its so perfectly lovely that I wish I had enough property to put in a Home Studio instead!

We got great help to customize our kit so we could build just what we wanted. Our single car garage looks more like a cottage, and gets lots of compliments.

Summerwood experience was outstanding from start to finish. From product selection, ordering, product review, build confirmation & final delivery, everything was handled so professionally. Build the pre- assembled Bala Bunkie with my wife over 4 weekends and the level of preparation and detail provided by Summerwood left nothing to chance. And the final product is impressive to say the least. I had a contractor come in to shingle the roof and he commented that they were impressed with how clean the build was. I highly recommend Summerwood if you are looking for a beautiful and well built outdoor product.

I am thrilled with my new Copper Creek shed and the install was extremely efficient. Ian and Justin were so organised and tidy. It was magical seeing how quickly they proceeded.

Summerwood was great to work with. I loved the kit and the quality of the wood was really good. Their customer service is great. Everyone was very kind and helpful to me on the phone and went way beyond 100% to answer my questions and help me out.

We ordered a Balabunkie design but in a 14' size and there were some challenges with the instructions, as some things were still designed for the 10' version. However, it went up fairly quickly and it turned out fabulously and I am totally happy with the company and their product.

I am getting a lot of wonderful comments on my BalaBunkie. I made it into an addition to my house and finished the interior and added a kitchenette. It is darling. Drywalling and trimming a small space with so many angles was very difficult but I had professional help and am very pleased with the results.

It is a great design, a good product, and a wonderful company!
