Speedy delivery and packaged nicely

I would so pleased I wrote a letter prior to this review. I would have paid for the packaging alone...without the contents inside. The box to the ribbon/bow..and a knitted bell with a lil bell in it...it was gorgeous!!!! I am beyond pleased....and im extremely difficult to please...I will be LOOKING for more animals to purchase for..as ur gift box combined items are simply wonderful!! Thank you so much!!

Very quick shipping, great packaging and there was a free surprise inside for my pup. Their prices are also better than other companies I have ordered from before.

Summer's Paw is an easy way to shop for our pet's treats and food. Maya knows when her shipment arrives. She sniffs the package! The service is excellent and the products are shipped quickly. I was happy to find Summer's Paw on the Web!

The USPS took longer to process the package. Even though Summer'sPaw had no fault in that their customer service department was very helpful in trying to track the package and even sent me a present for having to wait for my order 2 days longer then expected.

Contacted me very shortly after ordering when they discovered a problem with my order. They offered a great alternative which meant a larger size but at the same price, and they still got it shipped out that same day. I received the order the next day and it included free treats for my dog. They were pleasant and helpful and very easy to reach.

I have just completed my first order with Summer's Paw and I am thrilled with the service. Summer's Paw carries a wide range of healthy options for pet owners with regard to food and delectable treats. We found their pricing to be more attractive than the local options in my town, especially considerig the free shipping offer on orders over $49. My dog, Brenna, sat patiently as I opened the box from Summer's Paw, which arrived promptly and securely packed with a 30-lb bag of premium food, treats, and toys. To our (pleasant) surprise, there was an extra bag of treats thrown in for our "pup". Summer's Paw has exceeded my expectations with their range of products, timely delivery, and the thoughtful extra bag of treats for our fur-baby! Well done!

I placed my order and it was at my door 3 days later. I used to order my dog food from Amazon because the shipping was fast. I was about to order from Amazon again and there was a huge price increase so I started looking for another place for my dog food. I ran across Summer's Paw.
