Sulinda music Recensioni

Prompt replies to questions and helpful information. Took my old piano in part exchange. Picked it up and delivered my new piano within three days of ordering and paying.

Easy to order the piano I bought. Delivery quicker than expected. Great product. Delighted and having lots of fun getting reacquainted with playing a piano again. Delivery guys were fantastic.

Incredibly thrilled with our piano purchase, Piotr was brilliant and very knowledgable, he did not try to sell us anything we did not need or that did not match our requirements. Exceptional prices for quality instruments that are very clearly well looked after and cared for.

We will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend Piotr to anyone looking for a beautiful new piano.

Delivery was great

Good quality and staff is helpful

The only reason I gave Sulinda five stars is that I cannot give ten!
Service provided was second to none and I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy a quality piano.
The description given was completely accurate and delivery was exactly what I hoped for. It was a pleasure doing business with Sulinda Music.

Great communication from seller. Prompt delivery of piano and excellent service from courier with messages about delivery times. Given a 3 hour deliver slot but texts to give a time when 30 minutes away.
Piano as described and I am very pleased with my purchase. Many thank

Peter was very helpful from start to finish.

Great business to deal with and excellent range of used pianos. Peter was very responsive and helpful. Delivery couldn't have been better either.

Peter Dabrowski approachability and genuine passion for what he does made what can be a daunting purchase feel completely natural. Drawing on his specialist knowledge, Peter guided me carefully and patiently through the process choosing my first, as a result I went on to invest in two further Yamaha Clavinovas. I truly consider purchases for life, chosen specifically so my other two daughters and grandchildren can learn and play together.
Peter took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and that personal attention made all the difference. He is already aware that I am currently saving towards a fourth piano, and I have no doubt I will be back. That level of trust doesn't happen by accident it is earned through consistency, expertise, and real care for the customer.
This entire musical journey, for me and my family, would simply not have begun without Peter's generosity and encouragement at the outset. For that I am genuinely and deeply grateful. If you are considering a piano purchase, look no further you are in the very best hands.

Just simply superb.

I originally brought a piano from Sulinda Music way back in 2015. I remember they were exceptionally, friendly, and offered high-end second-hand digital pianos at highly competitive prices.

I recently wanted to upgrade my old Yamaha Clavinova to a newer model with wooden keys and better hammer action. I purchased a CLP-645 which was advertised as "used" but is in fantastic condition. They even part-exchanged my old Clavinova and gave me a discount. The delivery fee is very reasonable for them coming to your home address and assembling the piano for you (my situation was awkward as I wanted the piano upstairs but they were very accommodating).

I can't recommend them enough for their friendly and reliable service, as well as their fantastic pianos. I'm so glad I purchased second-hand as there's simply no need to pay inflated prices on brand-new pianos. Equally, the service you receive is second-to-none and I can guarantee that even if you brought a brand new piano through a reputable supplier, you still wouldn't receive the same level of service as you would from Sulinda.

Thank you Peter and co for my gorgeous piano and for your fantastic service.

Excellent service and communication , plus I love the piano! Highly recommend!

Amazing service from Piotr from start to finish!
All questions and further requests (such as additional storage) were responded to promptly and without any angst - I’m sure I was annoying with my lack of knowledge!
Order communication and delivery was second to none. My wife is extremely pleased with her gift!

Fantastic second hand Clavinova 950 digital piano. 20yrs old but impeccable condition, and having read the reviews, the tone is even better than I could have hoped for, well done Yamaha! To buy something new this good would’ve cost 4 x as much, so very pleased. Always a bit of a risk buying a product unseen online, but lovely, helpful seller who both delivered and set it up for us, a true piano enthusiast whom I found myself trusting, and so glad I did. Even my OH is enjoying all of the functions on this lovely piano. Thank you very much.

From beginning to end the transaction was faultless! Communication was first class, order was finalised in minutes as was the delivery date, time was arranged, we were told that courier will contact us within a few hours of arrival which they did! Piano was put in position exactly where we asked, piano itself was very well padded. First and foremost my wife (the pianist) was delighted with this her purchase. Will certainly recommend the shop and courier service!!!! Many, many thanks, Philip Brown

Great value, quick and careful delivery, as described! I honestly thought it was too good to be true for a minute, but the piano is lovely - thank you
