DISGUSTING service!!

Order a few different sizes of the same jeans. Ask for a refund on the jeans that didn’t fit. Sent back in time. Tried sending me an email to ask if I wanted a different size, even though I stated in the returns that I’d kept the size I wanted. Basically trying to delay the refund. Emailed back and forth with a lady called Lauren. Absolutely zero help. Ended up saying I had to get a gift card. So now I’m stuck with gift card for £128 for a shop I don’t want to shop at!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF ARTISTS

Positives - nice fit jeans, very comfortable. Nice colours.

Negatives - poor customer support. I ordered three pairs and these jeans are not cheap Primark jeans so Id expect a level of quality and support.

One of my three pairs absolute stank and the other pair had white marks on them, which i sent pictures of. I have to be the one to go to the post office to send these back to get a replacement though.

The pockets on these jeans look badly stitched too which you wouldn't expect on "premium cost" jeans.

all in all 2/5. If customer service was better then it would be 4/5.

Bought 3 pairs and they fit really well and are so comfy. The quality is also really good and go well with most tops I wear.

Will be buying more clothing soon.

Avoid this company at all costs. Spent in excess of £210 on bundles. Each item was a different length and wash. Couldn’t return for a refund due to hidden T&Cs. Josh cannot be trusted, has email proof he would amend the returns policy for bundles, two months later no change. Purchase at your own risk.

Amazing brand. Finally found a clothing brand where jeans and trousers fit properly and are good quality. The trainers are also highly recommended.

Purchase at your own risk. They are located in the UK. Up charge on Shipping, then if the jeans do not fit you have 14 days to return. I attempted to return 11 days into the policy, the cost to ship back to the UK was $80 USD (75% of the cost of the original purchase).

There is zero customer service, has not responded to any emails. The jeans run small, and the washes are not as advertised.

Speaking of advertising, they heavily promote themselves on Instagram and false advertise.

Again, no customer service and terrible return policy.

Jeans are really nice and comfortable. Good value for money too. The only downsides are :- having bought a few different pairs that are all the same size in different colours, the sizings in the black and dark blue are baggier and longer in the leg

Nothing negative to say. Bought some trousers though dubious about the fit & fabric, I’ve not had this type of trouser before and wanted an alternative to traditional trousers or jeans. Have to say the fit is good and the material better than anticipated. Yep, I will be buying more!

If you buy any items on sale they are not returnable. It means you end up with a gift voucher.
They will say that is in the terms and conditions and you should read. They are there but well hidden so it’s hard to find.
That’s their excuse for a very sneaky sales practice.
