Their teams are fantastic and provide quick support for issues.
I'd like to say a big thank you to Joshua Findlay, his responses are quick and he goes the extra mile to help. Its wonderful to know that if you have an issue there is someone who is efficient, professional and reliable you can contact. Most importantly, he is amicable and friendly. You can really tell he puts great effort into supporting tenants.

Helpful staff
Sulets staff were super helpful especially Tsitsi. However we did have many issues with the house throught the year, the issues did get fixed as soon as possible due to tsitsis hard work

Professional staffs with very very very…
Professional staffs with very very very helpful even for flexiable talent arrangement. Super fast reply efficiency. Very cool room interior, large club house with more then sufficient factilities. Highly expected to use the 24/7 gym room.

I've been living with Sulets managed accommodation for almost a year now.
My property is managed by Joshua Findlay who is really kind and helpful and willing to listen to any issues you may have.
They're a trustworthy and reliable lettings agency. I would definitely recommend going for a property managed by Sulets.

Great care and consideration
Sulets did a great job and making sure me and my friends in the home were catered for, they sorted out any problems that we found quite quickly in retrospect, so it was nice having things fixed rather than prolonged.

Helpful and Informative!
I used Sulets to choose accomodation for me and my partner and was given all the options for good prices. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and they were very patient with me. Would recommend to anyone looking for student accommodation that needs more guidance than websites may offer. Thank you especially to Tsitsi and Joshua!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Repairs were usually done quickly and it was easy to get in touch with them. I was with them for 3 years and would recommend Sulets to other students.

I ended up paying the electricity bill…
I ended up paying the electricity bill for my previous tenants because there was no meter reading taken at the tenant exit. I've been trying for nearly a year to get re-imbursed!

Thanks for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear of issues regarding utility bills from previous tenants. We have investigated this for you. As the tenant left earlier than the tenancy end date, there was still a bill to be paid. The supplier split it between yourself and the tenant, as such we asked you if you wanted Sulets to make the payment on your behalf, and for us to then charge you. You agreed to this via email, but then went ahead and paid it yourself as well. The problem now is, we don’t have proof you paid the bill so we can get the money back that we paid and then refund it back to you.

Sulet is the best
I moved to the Uk with my husband and 2 kids and on getting to the Uk accommodation became a problem. I had previously sent an email to Sulet before leaving my home country and they informed me that they do not have accommodation for families but on arrival and seeing how difficult it was to get a house, I decided to go to Sulet by myself and I met with Jake who was extremely helpful and I was able to get a 3 bedroom house in a lovely environment with lovely neighbors. Since moving in I have had repairs that needed to be done and the property manager Tsitsi has been fantastic. She helps to make sure the repairs are done in less than 48hrs because of my kids. Overall all staffs of Sulet are helpful and supportive.

The location of the property is very good, close to shops and only a short walk from campus. The house is small but exactly what we needed.
Management is good in responding back to problems with the house and fixing them fairly quickly.
