Never received my package
Never received my package; nor did I get a refund for my purchase. Contacted support and never got back with me. Claimed they were going to talk to someone and give me an update.
Update: Thank you for the reply; however, I still don’t have resolve for my money back or a replacement. I order from you guys often.

Unfortunately FedEx compromised/lost the item. We were not given any time here to conduct an inquiry with FedEx and send a new one. Item was sent out correctly and on-time as normal with this customers 10+ orders that he received without any issues.

Lack of attention to detail and quality.
I ordered a navy suit, but the pants and suit jacket were CLEARLY different shades of navy. Also, there was no lining in the suit jacket. I was highly disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and quality.

We do apologize for the mismatched color of the jacket and pants. This could have been simply solved with an exchange request. The UNLINED jacket is a feature of some of the Suitsupply Items which was created to add additional cooling during wear. The UNLINED feature was CLEARLY displayed in the item's description.

This is my 5th or 6th suit purchase from Suitreview. The suits are always delivered as advertised and with some slight tailoring they look like a custom suit. Delivery is fast and communication is great throughout. Will continue to purchase from Suitreview when looking for new suits or jackets.

Hands down the best for menswear.
I wear and travel in suits frequently for work, so I am constantly adding to my closet. I used to be a big J. Crew Ludlow guy...For the price point they were decent. But I've moved to Suit Review exclusively for all my suits, blazers, and dress pants. The stuff this guy gets from Suitsupply is incredible AND the custom Suit Review lines are also impeccable. Add to that amazing customer service--this is the only place I go for menswear now.
