My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday with Havila on the Norwegian Coastal Cruise. I came across Suitcase Travel during a careful online search for possible cruises around the area. I rang and was immediately assured by Mike who seemed extraordinarily knowledgeable. We decided after his advice and suitability of dates to opt for 14 days with a flight from Gatwick and a lovely hotel in Bergen. We had a spacious twin cabin on Havila Polaris where the food was delicious with appropriately small portions for three courses. My wife has told everyone who cared to listen that it was the best holiday of her life.

Every part of the holiday just works from the hotel at Gatwick to the flight, to the hotel at Bergen, to the cruise up the Norwegian coast and back, air port transfers and flight home.everything was like clockwork, I won’t hesitate to recommend suitcase travel and intend to use them again in the future

Just completed our Havila cruise to the Norwegian Fjords which was fantastic. Suitcase Travel did all the travel arrangements for us and it turned out to be cheaper and easier than arranging ourselves. They sorted all the connecting travel - flights, taxis, buses and accomodation as part of the package so all the travel went really smoothly. We booked through Suitcase Travel for our trip with Havila on the Norwegian Coastal Cruise. We initially spoke to Dylan who was very helpful in advising us which ship company to use, when to go, which flights to take and the best location of the cabin. The flights, transfers, cruise and excursions all went smoothly.
When we had queries before we travelled it was very easy to speak to someone and everyone was very helpful.

SuitcaseTravel were recommended to us by friends, who had an amazing cruise in Norway with Havila.
After chatting with Mike at SuitcaseTravel we were definitely going to take up the cruise to Norway. As Mike's knowledge, information and suggestions for the trip sounded brilliant! So we went to Norway to join Havila cruise line from Bergen to Kirkenes and back to Bergen. As well as Mike's help members of the team were also extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries/questions we had prior to travelling.
The whole trip was flawless, from the flights to Bergen, bus transfers to outside the hotel for our overnight stay before joining the ship the following afternoon. Which gave us an additional opportunity to explore and enjoy Bergen. At the end of the cruise another bus transfer was provided from the dock to the airport.
Joining the ship was a lovely surprise to the high standard of facilities, friendly and helpful crew and quiet places to relax, to enjoy the amazing sights of Norwegian fjords which are achievable due to the size of the ship.
Lots of boxes were ticked during the cruise so we are extremely grateful for the suggestion and support provided by SuitcaseTravel.

Our trip involved 4 days on/off train travel + 6 days sailing with coastal company to the north of the country. Three plane journeys, 3 hotels and taxis to connect and the ship. Suitcase travel handled every step of the journey and provided all the tickets required. Not once did we miss a connection or were left without lifts. The whole experience was incredible and its smoothness down to Suitcase Travel. They took the worry away and the staff were always helpful when we had queries. Will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.

Penny was very knowledgeable and helpful planning and booking our trip to Norway and cruise with Havila. All of the transfers (buses, trains and planes), Hotel accommodation etc. either side of the cruise worked seamlessly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend suitcase travel. Amazing team, thank you. We recently returned from a Havila cruise the length of Norway, it was incredible and made so easy by using suitcase. We had an issue at the start due to bad weather but it was all sorted easily and Mike was really helpful. I will definitely use them again, the stress of a trip is taken away and I know everything will be spot on.

Top class advice and service. I was able to chat through our trip for nearly an hour with Penny who answered all of our questions with no pressure to book . She had been on this holiday and gave a personal perspective. We had lots of options as to what kind of Norwegian trip we could take and she was able to help us choose which one was right for us based on our needs. We returned from our voyage north yesterday, it exceeded our expectations. I contacted Suitcase Travel having seen an article about Norway Coastal cruises.
Suitcase were very helpful and as a result I booked a Havila cruise from Bergen to Kirkenes and back through them.
Everything was well organised and all the arrangements went without a hitch.

We wanted to go on a last minute holiday to Norway. I usually book independently but was running out of time. I read an article from Suitcase Travel and gave them a call. 2 days later everything was booked and 5 days later we were travelling! The itinerary was seamless with even airport/hotel transfers included making the holiday relaxing and effortless. The trip included a Havila K to B cruise and the Berganbanen train from Bergen to Oslo. All the suitcase travel team were knowledgeable and helpful and we would highly recommend.

Everything went according to plan. I couldn't think of anything missed by the team at Suitcase. they will be my 1st port of call when I next travel. Well done the team.

Mike arranged and advised us on our trip. Booked flights, hotel, buses and then our round trip with Havila. The whole trip went very smoothly. Havila was amazing, great food and very comfortable boat with great staff. Norway was so impressive and the weather was great meaning the aurora was seen every night but 2. Exceptional holiday

Decided to use Suitcase Travel to book our bucket list trip to Norway after reading their comparison of Hurtigruten and Havila. Dylan answered all of my queries and put together a great competively priced holiday package combining Norway in a Nutshell with a Bergen to Kirkenes round trip Havila Coastal Cruise. Excellent booking experience with lots of helpful advice to make sure we get the most out of our trip with the added reassurance of ATOL protection.

The company was knowledgeable about the product. Ie Northern Lights and the ships on the route.
They were efficient and very helpful on the phone.
