Can't reach the company
I wonder if it is a one man or woman show. I can't figure out how to make a return. No one ever answers the phone. No one answers my emails. No one sends return shipping labels or information.

Risposta di Sugar and Spice Decor
Hi Mollie,
We are a small company, so if you get our voicemail just leave a message. All calls are returned within the same business day between 9am-5pm EDT. If you don't leave us a message we have no way to call you back. :)
We did reply to your email dated 6/26 on 6/27. We stated that a prepaid return label would be sent to you within 24 business hours. The label was sent later the same day. It would have come from UPS on behalf of Sugar & Spice Decor. I have resent it to you again now. Please check your "spam" folder if you don't see it in the next 20 min or so.
Also, when you call our 800 number, prompt #2 is specifically for returns and will provide you all the information you need to make a return.
Thanks and have a great day!

Wonderful company, amazing customer service, thoughtful product selection
It was such a pleasure working with Sugar and Spice Decor! The owner, Kelly, was extremely helpful in purchasing a rug, which I was very apprehensive to do without seeing my choice in person. She even gave me suggestions of different rugs I might want to consider that were all spot on--Kelly made it hard to choose just one!
Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I will be shopping with Sugar and Spice Decor again!

They Are INCREDIBLE
I wasn't sure exactly which rug to buy. I called their sales line and the woman there helped me tremendously. I got the rug and it's perfect. I can't imagine a better shopping experience.

Highly Recommnd
I recently ordered a second rug from Sugar and Spice. On both occasions, the rugs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It took a few days for them to ship the rugs, but in both cases, the rugs arrived the next day after they were shipped. And that was with free shipping!

Lousy customer service
I used a 20% off promo code the company sent me in An email. After paying and receiving an order confirmation, I received an email saying the promotion had expired and I needed to pay an additional $40 or so!!! WTH?!? I responded that they should honor the promo because the order had gone thru w/it and I was not going to pay more, and they could do that or I would take my business elsewhere. They refused to honor the promo and I cancelled the order.

Risposta di Sugar and Spice Decor
Hi Nancy,
Thank you for taking time to review Sugar & Spice Decor. Regretfully, the code you attempted to use for your purchase was no longer a valid code and was for a holiday promotion that had long since expired. We do have several promotional sales per year - usually around the major holidays. So keep an eye out for sales around Labor Day, Black Friday, Memorial Day, etc.
Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Sugar & Spice Decor Customer Care
good service, nice product; but, compare prices elsewhere
The Dash and Albert wool rug I ordered was as described and arrived quickly, but the rug pad offered with it was 37. yet only 22. on the D&A website. I will be careful next time--the money I saved on tax was more than made up for by the price of the pad, so not a good deal at all even on this small item.

Very Satisfied
I was very satisfied with my shopping experience with Sugar and Spice Decor. I purchased Dash and Albert indoor/outdoor rugs and received free shipping and free rug pads. I chose the regular free shipping, and it didn't take long at all to get them. I would recommend Sugar and Spice for this type of purchase.

I had questions about a rug I wanted to purchase. And the person who picked up the phone was more than knowledgeable about the product. She had also suggested other rugs that I may be interested in. I found two more that I love which I just ordered this week I'll definitely shop again with sugar and spice Decour the items are unique and fun
