A Disappointing Experience After Paying €4,999.
I am submitting this complaint to document my experience with WCA and Success Insider, which I believe reflects a serious inconsistency in how customers are treated, how refunds are handled, and how commitments are honoured.
This review reflects my experience so others can make informed decisions.
I joined WCA after being encouraged by someone connected to the organisation who told me, “If you want to be selling, you have to be sold to.”
This statement was the only reason I invested €4,999. It was presented as guidance from someone within their financial circle, implying that buying into WCA was part of a financial growth process.
I paid €4,999 for my seat.
Two of my friends who attended WCA received refunds for their seats.
I did not.
There has been no clear explanation for why refunds were granted to them but denied to me, despite us being part of the same group and facing similar issues.
This inconsistency raises concerns about fairness and transparency in WCA’s refund process.
This was an ongoing experience since mid Dec 2025 to late Aug 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you came away feeling disappointed. I absolutely understand why you would want to feel that you received the value, support and experience you expected, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
Your original purchase was for admission to one of our retreats. Because these retreats have a strictly limited number of places and attendance is allocated following an interview process, places are secured specifically for individual participants. For that reason, the purchase terms confirmed from the outset that retreat admissions are non-refundable. Late cancellations can otherwise leave a place that could have been offered to another participant unavailable, which can cause disruption for others attending the same event.
That said, we understand that circumstances can change, and in your particular situation our team went considerably beyond our usual terms to try to accommodate you.
When you were unable to attend your original retreat date, we offered you the opportunity to attend a different retreat on another date without requiring any additional payment. This was offered as an exception and as a genuine gesture of goodwill, in part as you were a WCA graduate, and we cannot normally transfer a secured retreat place on a specific date in this way.
When you later let us know that you would also be unable to attend that retreat date, we again looked for an alternative rather than simply leaving you without an option. You mentioned that you were not provided with virtual WCA access, but I can confirm this was provided at the time and remains available on your account today. This includes lifetime access to the retreat recordings, so you could still experience the material and teachings at a time that worked for you, without the need to travel to the event.
In addition to this, we provided a personal weekly 1:1 coaching package to you with a member of our team completely free of charge. This was an additional arrangement intended to give you ongoing personal support beyond the retreat itself. I can see that you went on to attend half of the coaching sessions that were provided before requesting a full refund of your purchase, which we were unable to accommodate.
I appreciate that this may not have been the experience you originally envisioned, and I’m sorry if any part of the communication along the way left you feeling that your concerns weren't being heard. At the same time, I hope it's helpful to understand that our team made several significant exceptions and provided additional support specifically to try to accommodate your changing circumstances.
Regarding the request for a full refund, this unfortunately isn't something we can agree to after the fact. The purchase was made on the understanding that the retreat place was non-refundable due to its limited availability, and we have already provided alternative arrangements and additional services at no extra cost in an effort to ensure you could still receive substantial value from your investment.
We genuinely want our students to have a positive experience, and we’re sorry that, despite the efforts made to accommodate your circumstances, you ultimately felt that the experience fell short of your expectations.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We take feedback seriously, and I hope this provides some useful context around the arrangements that were made and the support our team provided throughout your journey with WCA.

It was an awesome World Class three day…
It was an awesome World Class three day course. I learned so much about my self and how to go on this journey of self development to reach my highest potential. Tim Han and his team were World Class!! The ELM course was excellent. Tim gave excellent explanations of all the information with visual examples. The breakout sessions were first class to help the students apply the information and see what other family members shared. I thoroughly loved and enjoyed this course for all three days.

I just finished SMA, so I thought ELA would be only a bit more of the same. I was WRONG. I was on the edge of my seat all 3 days. Has changed my life
Making the decision to sign up for Tim's program four years ago changed my life. These courses have helped me understand myself better so that I can move forward with more focus and clarity. This has been invaluable in helping me move closer to my career goals. With work in a better position, I am beginning to focus on personal goals I have wanted to achieve, some for years, learning to trust the process and embrace the ride. Massive learning curve in just 6 weeks! Incredible!

I was cajoled into having to pay a substantial sum of money when I wasn't in the right headspace after losing my wife to cancer. I receive no compassion, just told I had signed a document, even though tried to cancel, and there was no compassion.
"I would avoid them like the plague"

Losing someone you love to cancer is an incredibly difficult experience, and I can understand why you would have been in a particularly vulnerable and challenging place during that period.
I’m also sorry to hear that you came away feeling that you weren’t treated with compassion. That is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, particularly when they are going through something as painful as bereavement.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough information in your review to identify your account, so I'm unable to review the specific conversations you had with our team or establish exactly when your cancellation or refund request was made.
What I can clarify is that if your review relates to our LMA course, it came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This gives everyone an opportunity to experience the material and decide whether it's right for them, with a full refund available when requested within that agreed period. Once that period has passed, the purchase is no longer eligible for cancellation under the money-back guarantee, which is why a refund request being declined would indicate that it was made outside of the applicable refund period.
The agreement to the terms of the purchase is important, but it certainly isn't intended to mean that we don't listen when someone's circumstances change. We recognise that life can be unpredictable, and that financial or personal difficulties can arise after someone has enrolled.
For students who have ongoing instalment payments and subsequently find themselves experiencing financial difficulty, our team is always happy to discuss affordability options where possible. Depending on the circumstances, this can include looking at ways to provide additional breathing room around payments rather than simply expecting someone to continue with the original schedule without consideration for their situation.
So while we do have to apply the same refund terms consistently and fairly to everyone, that doesn't mean we don't care about the individual circumstances behind a request. We genuinely want to find reasonable solutions wherever there are options available to us.
I’m particularly sorry that your experience left you feeling that the only thing we cared about was taking your money. Why to participate in the four weeks of Success Insider's SMA is very important and crucial to our success.
To participate in the four weeks of Speaking Mastery System by Tim Han's Success Insider has been another great experience for my Personal Development and the Young Persons whom I love or care for. It opens real habits I can develop with daily practice combining knowledge with feelings. What's also good is that it has integrity because it's not a matter of tricking my audience of one of more persons. It teaches to develop MySelf to Deliver worth material, tools, using my own growth with integrity. I recommend everybody to take SMA whenever they want to deliver a good program.

The SMA course
The SMA course is not just a course on public speaking. I joined it because I was already on that journey but it has taught me so much more than that. Its a course about life and communication in general and is a great follow on from LMA. Tim overdelivers on everything he does even when its not in his best interests i.e. health challenges. The SMA course is no different. Tim teaches you so much about yourself and your life as well as how to be a better public speaker. Spin off trainings that come from it are amazing! Do it - you wont regret it!

It is worth doing the Live SMA and it is a very interactive approach. Even if you are a non-verbal person then you can take part through chat and still benefit and then use the secrets to improve your own communication skills.

The presentation was Not the Real
The presentation was inviting of course but there was no delivery content to that which was promised. It's recycled hype to manipulate with AI and no real help. Don't waste your money or time. I have requested my money back and have not been able to get anyone to respond. I have turned this ageny into the fraud government and BBB. I want my money back now.

When you purchased the course, you were given full access to the LMA material immediately. Our records show that you logged into your account three times on 13th August to access the course. A member of our team also contacted you to welcome you personally onto the program and answered the questions you had regarding the bonuses included with your purchase, providing you with the relevant links so you could access and make use of them.
I also want to address your concern that you were unable to get a response regarding your refund. Seven days after your purchase, you contacted our team requesting a refund. Your Trustpilot review was then posted less than 24 hours after that request.
Importantly, our team did respond to your refund request within 24 hours. Your request was subsequently processed, and a full refund was issued to you as requested.
We therefore hope this provides some reassurance that your request was not ignored or deliberately left unanswered. While we’re genuinely sorry that the course wasn't what you were looking for, we do take refund requests seriously and aim to handle them as promptly as possible.

It is not just learning new tools
It is not just learning new tools, it is inspiring and motivating. First I thought why doing this at my age, but then I remembered staying any longer on the break (live on hold for the last 10 years) means being death for another 20+ years.
