Enquired about their service, spoke once to a lady about my request, provided info, and told that an engineer would visit.
No further response from them for a couple of weeks, then I got emailed and told the enquiry was closed.
When I replied, it was no loss, got a reply from the manager that I was a bad man or something insulting like that. If this is how they work, I think I had a near miss. Stay away, do not use, you will be waiting an age.
Now some 5 months later they want more info, they reckon it did not happen,

10th April email from Louica Lamkin requesting cctv footage of drain survey
10th replied is this for me as I am not sure as I have not heard anything, I have had no contact or site visit or quote.
When I called I was told the enquiry was closed, now they say it was not a genuine review, remember to challenge and dis anyone who does not aligne with your views, what ever you still have bad customer service,
Like i say, your final response says everything you need to know about how you reply to complaints... buyer beware is all I can say to that....

27th April - We sent you an email stating due to no response on asking for CCTV drain survey we would now close this enquiry down (4 weeks after initial enquiry)
Always 2 versions of a story and the truth is likely to be in the middle.
You where abusive to my staff (disgustingly abusive) - this won't ever be tolerated. If any customers have concerns please contact us directly and form your own opinion.
