Still waiting for item
Still waiting for item, still waiting for a reply from seller, still waiting for confirmation of delivery, deadline for holiday coming up fast so probably won’t have the wallet by then, terrible communication, how hard should it be to reply to a message, beginning to think I’ve been scammed!………….update of review….. I have now had contact with merchant and order has been sorted, genuine product and business, I will give a fair review of product when it arrives and I test it out.

Slow and thick
It took one month for the wallet to arrive, and it ended up being really thick, hard to fit in the waterproof pockets and giving a bulky looks to jeans pockets...

Arrived a bit late - My 2nd Submerge Wallet.
I haven't received it yet. Neither did i receive any shipping/tracking information of my order.
I received it today (11th Oct). It was delivered to my mail box instead of to my doorstep. So, I didn't notice. This is actually my second Submerge Wallet. The 1st one was bought almost a year ago and is now a bit 'battered' (though still works fine) as I've been using it very often. So, I thought I'd better buy a new one.

I am impressed by the quality and reliability of the submerge wallets in keeping my valuables dry during a swim. I have currently only tested the wallet in the pool as I plan to use it on a trip to the Caribbean seas at the end of the year but the product does what it says so far.
Likewise, the Submerge team have also shown their commitment to customers as I am impressed by the quick response I get from Ronan and the team throughout the ordering process.

Don't waste your money. Everything gets wet.
Paid $163 for our wallets and everything got wet with simple swimming; no diving. In Hawaii bought a $20 waterproof wallet at the ABC store and it worked perfectly.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience so far has not been a positive one.
We are absolutely certain that our wallets are completely waterproof. They have been designed purely for this purpose.
As explained within the instruction card with the wallets, the zipper needs to be pulled extra tight for the first few uses to ensure that it is airtight.
Commonly we find that customers do not read this card and therefore leave the zipper slightly open.
If you put the wallet into a bucket of water and squeeze it, you will see air bubbles appearing where the wallet is leaking from - I suspect this will be from the zipper area.
Please email me at ronan@submergewallets.com and let me know how you get on. If your products are faulty, we will be sure to send you a new order. The likelihood is that the zipper just needs an extra seal from your side.

Hasn't arrived yet. I had a message from Evri a week ago saying they had a parcel for me (which I guess might be this, but it doesn't say - the sender is listed as diamond logistics, so I guess there's some subcontracting going on), but the parcel hasn't made any progress - it's still at the hub

Diamond Logistics are our fulfillment center for the products. We make all of our products in bulk and then sent them to Diamond to distribute on a next day service to our customers.

Hi Julian,
I'm sorry to hear that your experience so far has not been a positive one.
Are you absolutely certain that the zipper was closed as tightly as viably possible - quite often, we find that users leave the final part of the zip undone.
The best way to test this is to put your wallet in a bowl of water and then squeeze it. If air bubbles appear, then the wallet has a leak somewhere. Could you please send us a video?
We are yet to find that our products are not waterproof - we have however had many similar enquiries to yours that simply needed to be pull the zipper extra tight for the first couple of uses of the wallet. The airtight zipper gets easier to use over time.

To small.
To small. Everything its fine but can't fit nothing in it. My slim wallet dont fit, only the one that came with it, the submerge wallet, but doesn't fit with my car key.

After spending 20mins one afternoon…
After spending 20mins one afternoon looking for my keys I had 'hidden' in the bushes along the shore, I knew I needed a waterproof wallet.
Purchased, came quickly, then I forgot to use it until yesterday.
I slid it onto my weight belt while snorkelling and collecting rubbish. Yes I did touch it a few times to make sure it was still there. The Velcro is really secure, wallet is small, flat so was never in the way. My keys were kept safe and dry and I didn't have to look for them! Love it!!
