I'm thrilled with the quality of this hair—so soft and luxurious! The wig fits perfectly, making me feel fabulous. Customer service was outstanding; they eagerly helped me expedite my order, and it arrived right on time. I absolutely recommend this hair company and can't wait to order another wig soon!

I already bought a wig and reviewed it. Loved it soo much I ordered a second. The wigs did not hold up at all. Out the box it was perfect and I loved it, over time as I wore and tried to maintain the wig using hydrating shampoo and a hair mask, the hair completely dried out and sadly was never the same after. At the time I was a different wig from a different company with the same products and the wig from another company did not fall apart. After the wash the subella wig would shed randomly, it became very dry.. no matter what I put in it, the wig would not go back to the state it was when I took it out the box or even close, it became harder to style and would create birds nest behind my neck when I was just standing !!!! I loved the wig out the box and I was devastated when it became unusable. ( the wig from another company did not suffer the dry fate )

I have made several orders from Subella and they have been wonderful! I decided to order a second unit of my favorite but was extremely disappointed when it arrived a few days ago. I really thought it would have been the same. The edges are great, the lace is fine but the color is too black and the hair is thin. I don't expect 2 wigs to be the exact same if they're the same unit but I really thought the quality would have been similar :(

They (Subella wigs) will not let me leave my review on they page but don’t walk run please I repeat run from them I can’t reach customer service or nobody to talk to I call that fake ass number don’t nobody pick up but I bought 2 wigs from them I only received one the one I received was the burgundy deep wave I wish I could show a picture of what I received

From the customer service to how fast my order arrived was perfectly!! Not to mention I absolutely LOVEEEE my wig , she’s a real beauty, just what I wanted, soft no shedding, no weird smell, it even came with a cute lil baggie full of goodies (cap, lashes, nails etc, definitely would recommend & I’ll definitely be shopping again !!!

I didn’t expect much for $149 for two wigs… but these surprised me. The 4C edges make it look way more natural, not that fake lace look. I literally threw it on and went, no glue, no stress. Curly is soft and defined, straight bob is sleek. For the price? Yeah, worth it every time in my opinion.

Hair is great quality. Shipper was kind and courteous with questions regarding shipping. The wig is beautiful true to density and length. Will definitely buy again.

Truly the best hair company ever!! All the hair is 100% human hair wigs, soft, no smell and barely any shedding. It honestly feels like your own hair, the lace is so to melt and style, all the hairs are beginner friendly!!
