No real complaints, except that the chrome handle was not available anymore and was replaced by a black handle. Now my car has two non-matching handles.

Looked like a used part.
The PCV valve was fine, but my downstream 02 sensor blue bag was ripped open. The top plastic part of the bag was was completely open and it looked like it was used

They Advertise Items They Do Not Have In Stock
I ordered a part. I received an order confirmation on August 20, 2025 saying it would ship in 1 to 3 business days. On August 22, 2025 I received an email that my order was voided because the part has been discontinued and/or is backordered. I am very disappointed that they advertised items they do not have, and they have delayed my repairs.

Missing parts in the package
Good afternoon. Today I received a package with brake pads. Inside instead of 4 pieces there were only 3 (2 inner and one outer). Also there was no grease in the package. Very bad experience.

Some of the worst customer service possible.
One of the worst customer service experiences possible after my shipment was damaged. It took 2.5 months multiple calls and emails to get them to refund only part of the order that was damaged. I have genuinely considered if they are running a scam on the RMA side by how challenging it was to get them to do anything. Unfortunately, I am still out about $380 from the order due to them refusing to honor the second part of the RMA and completely ignoring me. I would highly recommend to avoid them at all costs.

OEM part for a fraction of the dealer's price

Got what I ordered
Got what I ordered, was able to add it to my Subaru just fine.
My only issue is I didn’t know what color it was until it came in the mail. That would have been nice to clarify online. I have a green Subaru, but the replacement door handle is black. I really don’t mind, especially for the price I paid for everything (and it just being a piece of plastic), but something for the website to consider.
