I have for a long time admired the original Eames lounge chair but never been in the position to afford one. So the Stylo replica seem a good way to go. From the start of my purchase I was impressed with assistance and customer service by the Stylo Rep. The overall quality and look of the chair and Otterman is excellent. The assembly was not simple but not to bad with a little though. The over spraying of the threads made getting screws in tricky (seat to bracket) Would buy from them again.

I ordered an Eames style office chair on 23rd of November and it arrived on the 6th of December in perfect condition. On delivery day I was contacted in advance to make sure everything went to plan. This was my first time to make a purchase with Stylo Furniture and I was a little apprehensive. But everything went so smoothly and the quality and packaging of the product couldn't be better. I will definitely be a returning customer to purchase more of this amazing furniture from Stylo Furniture.

Great chair, but it arrived with a faulty gas lift. Andy was wonderful and sent us two replacement gas lifts and now the chair works perfectly. Just a note to make sure you double measure your desk height, we find that at the highest level of the chair, it is still a bit short for our desk. Not the fault of the company, but I think we assumed it would rise a bit higher than might be standard to account for slightly different desks and body sizes.

As a trader in furniture designs, i boughts a lot of furniture pieces from Stylofurniture, one great thing about the company is the customer support services is brilliant and very helpful, goods alwatys delivered in time, quality prducts with competitive prices. I just hope that Stylofurniture will add more products, specially design classic sofas.

The chair was shipped within the promised 4 working days. We are super happy with the quality and looks of it. Would definitely recommend :)

Unfortunately one of my Eames chairs arrived damaged. The leather seat pad had a severe imprinted dent in it. Stylo did not arrange a replacement and only offered to reimburse me £30.
Since my first review, Stylo have been in contact with me & after considerable discussion I am happy that the matter has now been addressed & resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Gorgeous Barcelona chair and footstool at a tiny fraction of the top-line price, with extra discounts added on too. Delivery took two weeks, but that wasn't a problem.

Ordering no problems all went well. Delivery was easy. If there were issues then the time but that's not Stylos fault. Reality is not internet speeds. I would order again with no concerns. Thankyou very much to Andy. A good man.

Bought an office chair last spring. Within 6 months it developed a fault. The phone number is never answered … ever! So I emailed and they said they’d send a replacement part. After a further couple of emails to remind them we received the part. I asked for instructions to fit it and was sent a video of someone replacing the part using a hammer and chisel and a lot of force. Unfortunately we couldn’t replace the item as the original part was completely stuck in the chair. I emailed to ask for a refund or replacement chair and kept being told to ‘give me time to think’. We still have a faulty chair and no one will respond to emails.

Update: March 2023. After 5 months of emails, attempted phone calls and even writing to this company, they still say they wish to honour their guarantee but refuse to actually honour it. The phone is still never answered, emails are no longer answered and my letter to their address (on their website) was returned with ‘addressee gone away’ marked on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely STUNNING piece of furniture, was delivered in lightning speed and is just truly beautiful. Such craftsmanship. Couldn't be happier.

and easy to put together, good bargain!

I ordered a chair from this company and when it arrived the legs were damaged. This was likely a fault with the courier. Never-the-less, it has taken several months back and forth trying to get replacement legs.

The product is excellent and the design is lovely. But I would say the timescale was stressful.

We got there in the end and finally new legs arrived.

I bought the high back thin back high chair white colour and looks so lovely, very quick delivery which is a surprise!

Firstly, I love my chair.
I did have a challenge trying to assemble it and I would advise anyone to seek assistance ( even just another pair of hands) and not try to do it yourself.
I've coveted an Eames chair for ages and Stylo were able to provide one at an affordable price.
The delivery was excellent and instructions were good.
I'm average height, so the chair fits me well. However, a tall man might struggle with the length of the chair. Style do give dimensions, so worth checking this out.
